Not far from campanha station, walkable but there's uphill-downhill a bit difficult for those who has big luggage.
They provide free breakfast, with this price very impressed me.

Прекрасная, атмосферная гостиница. По факту это дом, в котором несколько комнат и большая общая зона. Все очень по-домашнему, уютно, весь персонал очень заботливый и внимательный. Действительно превосходят ожидания гостей. Очень рекомендую данный отель.

We made a mistake with the reservations, so we arrived there in the evening (the silk before) and in the dark it seemed, from the outside, a dump in the Bronx of Porto. When we went the next day (the right one) in the afternoon, we realized that it was a poor but quiet neighborhood. The accommodation was excellent: everything very clean, carefully renovated, a spectacular breakfast room (included in the price) with use of the kitchen. The attention to the customer was maximum and the quality/price ratio excellent. Quite close by foot to the Campanha station, so a very favorable position for travel.

Close to the Campanha train and bus station, but a long walk from the tourist area, although just a short metro ride away. Good attention from the person in charge, the room was quite good, a giant bathroom and even a little terrace. The common area stands out, where tea and coffee are offered throughout the day as well as fruit and croissants, nuts and even port wine, the possibility of cooking and relaxing on a terrace. Excellent place, very nice inside, although on the street it looks like a building in ruins. The place is not easy to find parking. I only stayed one night. It has food for dinner and breakfast. Very nice and clean. The owner is friendly

Good location near train and bus station. Free parking near the accommodation. Spectacular treatment by the owner. There is the option to use the kitchen and you have different hot and cold drinks throughout the day. Refrigerator for common use. Our room had a small terrace. Beautiful decoration. Cleaning. I would return without hesitation and I will recommend it.
