The hotel is located in the very upscale area of Recoleta, safe and clean. It is also very convenient to go to the airport. There are many choices of high-end shopping malls and restaurants around. The room is relatively large, the bed is very comfortable, and the service is friendly. The breakfast is not rich, but the quality is good. 4.6 points, recommended.

I was charge 21% IVA, in spite of the regulation that foreigners paying with credit card outside Argentina does not have to pay it, hotel is nice but the whole argument about this issue ruined the stay....

Elevator wasn’t working.
Did not received the complimentary champagne as advertised.
Many area need new paint. Half the whirlpools didn’t work in spa area. This place needs new management asap. The overall experience felt like the management didn’t care and don’t understand the industry.

When I arrived and the room key did not work as well as the balcony door, it was broken.
I was forced to pay taxes upon arrival which was not clear at the moment of the reservation, incurring in an extra cost not planned. Lastly, on the 18th my plan was to stay all day in the facility after check out, but I was advised that same day that due to a private event all facilities were closed. If I knew beforehand I wouldn’t have chosen this hotel, I lost a whole vacation day

It needs more maintenance, in-depth and daily. How to be, the lock of the room broke, the elevator too. In a water mirror there was a dead pigeon, we had to notify the reception and only there they took it out

Great Hotel, Great SPA no so good restaurant
the hotel is excellent, the cleanliness and maintenance very good, swimming pool and landscape amazing, however the food is expensive and average, you can spend almost an hour just to get one sandwich, and don't have food service in the swimming pool. the restaurant is very poor, however The SPA even though a little bit expensive is Outstanding

Property is beautiful but not needs a lot of maintenance. The room was very big but the furniture is old, barely any hangers for clothing. Did not feel like a luxury hotel.
