We chose this hotel because it is not so far from the Venice airport and we had an early flight. The hotel staff arranged a transfer for us at 4 in the morning. We got there in time.
The room was clean and big enough for 2 persons. Beds are okay. simple room but we were okay with that.
Breakfast was good with muesli, yogurt, croissants, bread etc. and with fresh seasonal fruit.
We stayed 2 nights.
All in all, we had a decent stay there.

The Cover photo of the hotel is not correct - it's another hotel and also breakfast isn't like on pictures. Otherwise it's just OK for one or two nights. Beds are comfortable, there is a parking behind the hotel for cca 5 cars. It would need some small repairs - but it's ok when you need it just for sleep.
There is a perfect restaurant/enoteca nex door - La Sosta.

The location is convenient for transportation. There is a bus to St. Mark's Square within 20 minutes. The room is quite tidy and clean. There is a small storage box because you have to hand the key to the reception every time you go out. The shower room is really small and exceeds Those weighing 62kg have difficulty turning around, but it is okay if they are staying for a short distance. The free breakfast is also satisfactory.

To put it mildly, I was surprised when I found out that after renting a standard double room, I cannot sleep in it together. I paid an extra 25 euros for the second person. I would not call the service friendly in this hotel either. Breakfast is basic. For the second person, I also paid an extra 5 euros for breakfast. Basic room, three stars. It takes half an hour to drive from Venice. It is better for this money to take a suite near the Mestre train station.

This hotel is a complete rip off! We booked for 4 people including 1 baby. Most of the photos on the Trip.com site are completely misleading because there is no balcony or swimming pool! The reality: a decrepit hotel, with rooms without air conditioning, and above all with dishonest staff. We were asked for an additional 15 euros for a cot even though our confirmation email clearly indicated that there were 4 of us and that beds for children under one year old were provided.
The staff told you lies about access to the airport: the airport is barely 10 minutes away by bus and it costs 10 euros for 4, contrary to what the young girl assured us: she had told us 10 euros/person or 25€ by taxi (we imagine that she was making her com on the way!).
The only advantage of this hotel: its location close to the airport, even if the neighborhood is frankly depressing.
