Amazing place to kick back and enjoy the ****** and have some great memories overall I would give this 10 Thank you cliffs

Beautiful rooms, very clean everywhere, great location, ample yet quaint. Was like a miniature Vegas ****** and had just enough food options for anyone to be pleased. Loved the native and AZ local motif. Would go back in a heartbeat. If it could be improved any, it could use a small convenience shop on site. We thought it could be a nice wedding venue too- potential is there. This was just a simple getaway for wife and me for no real good reason at all. We were more than pleased with the food offerings and quality but skipped the buffet- no comments on that.

Room was nice and clean with amenities. No In-room dining available and front desk was not responsive—multiple calls. Overall really a 3.5 star stay with polite & friendly staff.

I filed a complaint. Was about to go to bed and felt like something bit me. I got up and used my phone for the light and founf thatbthe sheets were dirty. I found hair that belonged to a woman ( long and different color than mine). Also found blood marks. ( i have photos). Staff came up to change sheets ( i had to help him change the sheets). This isnt wasn't what i expected after a long drive. Very inconvenient. Wouldn't recommend. Is there anything ******* can do to compensate for inconvenience because hotel said i have to contact ******* since i booked here.

Room was real nice. Shower took over 3 minutes to warm up. Pool was cold. Staff was very friendly.

Clean room ,except we found dead bugs on one of the bed sheets, did not call for service.

The hotel looks nice from the outside, but our two‑night stay was very disappointing. There was no sense of hospitality, and we never felt like valued guests. Our room was extremely dusty — we were sneezing constantly and could see dust floating in the air. When we asked for housekeeping, the front desk said they were short‑staffed and even told us, “Arizona is known to be dusty.” We’ve visited Arizona many times and have never experienced anything like this. Daily cleaning was supposed to be included, but our room was never cleaned. Housekeeping only dropped towels on the bed without removing the used ones, making the bed, or replenishing toiletries. We ran out of shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. The fitness room was basically unusable: just three outdated machines in a tiny, stuffy room with the A/C turned off and no way for guests to adjust it. The beds were uncomfortable, with flimsy mattresses on what looked like temporary frames. The refrigerator in the room didn’t work and had no temperature control. The layout is also inconvenient — there’s no direct access from the parking garage to the hotel, so you have to haul your luggage a long distance unless you use bell service. At checkout, when we said we didn’t enjoy our stay, the response was simply, “Sorry to hear that, but try next time,” which summed up the lack of customer care.

The room was very nice and clean. We had a a wonderful dinner at the StoryTeller restaurant. The coffee shop and 50’s style diner was also very good.

Waste of money. The picture are completely different from what they have no kids play areas as mentioned in pictures.
