Everything Was Perfect!! Two couples stayed for six days in the Carrick in Camogli. We were on a ”roots” trip for my wife and her sister, both with strong family ties in Italy. We had rented a country house that was represented as being wheelchair accessible which was far from the reality. We immediately escaped and found the Carrick which saved this part of the trip. The hotel has been recently renovated and done beautifully. The bathrooms were especially elegant in Carrara marble. The staff were very knowledgable and helpful. Amazingly they were able to connect my wife with relatives in the town, The food in the restaurant was first class, including the complementary breakfast, We ate at several good restaurants but, unusually, the hotel restaurant was the best. Such a hidden gem. We got the room with the balcony and every night you can hear the patting winds of waves on shore. Super soothing and we absolutely love it! A fantastic place to stay! Modern and convenient. Best Seaview! Love it very much . Will come back again

Hotel Metropole is one of the best in all of Italy! My wife and I returned for the 3rd straight year in a row (all the way from San Diego, California, U.S.) because of the incredible beauty of the hotel and manicured landscape, fitness spa for my wife, spectacular location on the Mediterranean Sea, wonderful hotel restaurant, and of course the very friendly hotel management and staff who always treats us as if family and the hotel always accommodates our request for a special nostalgic room during our stay! We stayed for one night in Genoa before our flight the next day. The hotel is located a little away from the main areas and not much amenity around but close to cruise terminals and airport. Check in and particularly check in staff were very good. Rooms was fine with all essentials provided such as basic toiletries, safe, TV. Breakfast was include and had plenty of choices.

Stayed for one week. Sea view room with balcony - a must! Fantastic breakfast - nothing is too much trouble for the staff. You ask for it and they will most probably be able to make it. Beach club area is fantastic - seaside beds with access to sea as well as two infinity pools. We did not use the spa facilities. Shout out to Francesco one of the porters, he was so helpful - not just with our luggage but with restaurant recommendations as well as local things to do. And always with a lovely smile and cheery hello. Twice daily room service. Huge comfy bed. What’s not to like about this place. We would return.

The hotel is designed in the style of a nightclub... the local five-star, it does not seem to have reached it, and it is not as large as a small boutique hotel. The breakfast is not rich in variety, and the service is okay.

We loved Vis-a-Vis. We want to move to Sestri Levante and live permanently in the Vis-a-Vis! Perfect location and view. Upgrade to a double balcony room with both balconies overlooking the bay and town. Really good restaurant and the best bartenders in the world with fabulous views. Do a Basil Martini and change your life! The VaV drive spills into a charming historic neighborhood.

Pleasantly surprised at the beauty and convenience of this 4 star hotel that has been refurbished and is now boasting 5 stars and is part of the Small Luxury Hotel Collection. With the majority of the rooms being seafront you can enjoy a sweeping seafront view from within the room or on your balcony. Considering all the hotel sin Rapallo, if you are looking for the best view, I would recommend this hotel as the views are spectacular from your room, the terrace, the breakfast room, the pool and the Michelin recommended rooftop restaurant Le Cupole which I have no doubt will soon earn a Michelin star. And if a good spa is on your list of musts when vacationing, make sure to visit the spa that offers spa treatments in addition to many spa facilities for your relaxation.
