Soggiorno?!??? Quale soggiorno? La nostra camera è stata venduta. Quindi ci siamo ritrovati sul posto senza essere stati avvisati e senza una stanza.... La sera di Capodanno... C'è altro da dire... Spero almeno che trip.com mi rimborsi...

Réservation le jour même annulée dans la journée par l’hébergeur suite à un accident sans qu’un remboursement n’ai été fait après presque une semaine malgré 3 demandes à ******* et à l’hébergeur. A suivre…

Ad inizio dicembre ho prenotato una camera matrimoniale per le notti del 31 dicembre e primo gennaio. Ci viene richiesto di versare € 50 di caparra. Pochi giorni prima della data di pernottamento veniamo contattati dal proprietario della struttura il quale ci disse che per problemi di caldaia rotta non potevamo soggiornare presso in struttura perché faceva molto freddo e ci ha inoltre richiesto le coordinate bancarie per effettuare il rimborso della caparra. Dopo quasi 3 mesi e diverse telefonate stiamo ancora aspettando....sconsigliato
