You can access the hotel by local taxi, but it takes a little time.
Each room is independent, so privacy is guaranteed.
The pool attached to the room offers a beautiful night view, and the atmosphere is great, combined with the lava decorations unique to volcanic islands.
The toilets and showers can be used normally, and there is hot water.
The service of the staff was impeccable, and they were always polite when called.
(You could order drinks even outside restaurant hours)

Stayed at both mountain & beach front loc. Both are great, with perfect views - picturesque landscapes. If you want a serene & calm stay, go for this resort. Though we had a slight hiccup from our 3rd party booking, the resort compensated our inconvenience by giving us a room upgrade. Rooms are decent and have comfy beds, comforters & pillows. Basic room amenities. Mountain family villa has netflix. Both locations have good wifi c/o starlink. Hot n cold shower was working fine. Our fave was the grand tiki room (beachfront) cos of the private dipping pool overlooking the sea & sunset. Bfast was ok, same menu for both locations. Service was remarkable especially at the beachfront loc. You have your own butler, just ring the bell. Staff was courteous & kind. We also rented a motorcycle from them which costs 600php/day. We suggest you rent em too if you know how to drive for easy transpo. They also have tours, airport pickup/dropoff, kawa bath, private dinner setup, etc. Overall, we had a great stay. Will def be back.

This quaint resort is nestled on a hill right on the sea. The views are fantastic. The service is excellent. The entire staff is very friendly, Joyce, Drex, Mark, Elsa, Charry, Rosalee and a many others. Very accommodating to your every need. We only stayed 3 nights but I could easily stay a week and probably want more. Swimming pools in each villa are great for relaxing in the evening after a long day of touring/snorkeling/island hopping. There is a kitchen onsite that has an assortment of western and Filipino cuisines, delivered right to your balcony. Very affordable. The food was always very good. I never felt the need to go out for food. They give you a bell to ring for service and are promptly at your door in a minute or 2. We arranged for a driver from the resort to pick us up from the airport, Chico. Who also toured us around the entire island for 2 days. He is very knowledgeable and informative. He gives you many options but you pick what you want to do and how long to stay at each. Just a wonderful experience all around.

We chose this location as it was by the sea and it was lovely to overlook the ocean everyday of our stay. The staff were attentive and quick to respond when we rang the bell. The food was delicious and was prepared in a timely manner. Organising pick up, drop off and tours was super easy and we wish we did more tours! One improvement could be the toiletries and towels to be replenished more frequently or to check in if we needed anymore as we had to ask for them. For the tours, we had lovely Chito who was our driver and tour guide. He was super knowledgeable and it made for the best tour. He knew the best stops for food, knew where to buy souvenirs, and knew a lot about the history of the island. He looked after us the whole day and even walked up to the Second Station with us at The Walkway to the Old Volcano and Stations of the Cross. Just some advice, most places close at 5pm so get your tour in early! Also the staff are very helpful so I recommend asking them about the tours as a lot involve waterfalls and springs so you’ll have a lot of swimming to do but the resort packed us lots of towels for our trip. A lovely relaxing, yet fun stay and I look forward to bringing my family next time! (PS Chito was a great cameraman – thanks for all the pics!)

I am not gonna write a very long review. All I can say was we had an awesome and great time all throught out our stay. The staff were really nice and lovely. Prompt attending our needs. And the place and sorrounding areas was stunning. Would love to go back when I visit my family again.
