No recomendaría nunca este alojamiento. Nuestras ansiadas vacaciones pasaron a ser un horror al llegar aquí. El trato recibido por la persona de recepción a la llegada fue nefasto, había fila y pasaron gente que estaba por detrás de mi antes que antender a mí familia para el check in, cuando les pedí explicaciones me atendieron fatal. Nos dieron una habitación que estaba sucia, con basura, y en la que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Les pedimos un cambio de habitación y nos dijeron que estaban completos, que era imposible. Por la noche, durante la cena, apareció un técnico de mantenimiento por el.comedor buscando a los clientes de la hab.208, que éramos nosotros, y nos informó que se habían equivocado en recepción al darnos esa habitación y que teníamos que marcharnos esa misma noche a otra. Subimos a recepción a pedir explicaciones y, efectivamente, debíamos cambiarnos ya, con un niño de dos años y yo embarazada. Nos dieron otra habitación, fui a verla y estaba sin acabar de arreglar, la nevera con una toalla dentro, y la habitación justo encima del escenario (cosa que habíamos.pedido que no fuera así). Nos negamos a coger esa habitación, nos dieron la de al lado, tampoco funcionaba el aire. Al final nos dieron una nueva habitación a las 11 de la noche en otro edificio. Cuando pedimos por favor que nos ayudasen a trasladar las maletas, nos lo negaron también. Todo esto sin recibir una disculpa ni nada. Nos sentimos muy impotentes con este trato recibido, con un niño pequeño a esas horas cambiando de habitación, sin ayuda con el equipaje. Por estas razones IMPOSIBLE RECOMENDAR este alojamiento.
