Stayed half board. Food was good with enough variation to suit most tastes. The Beach is a short walk away. There isn't a great deal of restaurants and bars nearby. The centre of Cambris is a 40-minute walk away. Taxi 10 euros. The best way to get to the centre is by bus which is a good regular service. You can buy a card which will give you 5 trips for 10 euros. The big plus is the staff at the hotel. They are happy and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The entertainment at night we found excellent. Thank you, too, all at the H10 Cambris playa for making our stay so enjoyable

Stayed at the H10 Cambril playa and had a fabulous time. Wow, hotel is stunning, the reception area is the nicest we have seen. Stayed in room 156 on the first floor and had everything we needed, walk in shower with all toiletries and pool view. Beds comfortable. No kettle provided but just had to ask at reception and housekeeping promptly put in room. 5th year at this hotel, we love it so much that family and friends are now experiencing H10 Cambril playa too.

We just love coming to this Hotel , staff are well trained, welcoming and all seem very happy in their jobs. We requested a room on the "quieter" side of the Hotel....thank you so much for granting our request. Room had plenty of storage , good shower and a comfy bed.... so all you need. Food , we were on half board , was plentyful, varied and very tasty. Loved the porridge at breakfast !!. Location of this Hotel is superb , beach a short stroll away, terrain very flat so great for walking to Cambrils & Salou. Public transport ....buses stop at the rear of the Hotel , very frequent service and costs are very good if you get the "Plana" card. A very relaxing break......will be back !.

We stayed as a family of 5, loved every minute. Not too many families as during term time, more older guests and families with babies and toddlers. The location was great so near the beach and bus right at the gate. Staff were all excellent, special shout out to Oscar who goes above and beyond. The pool was fabulous, my kids preferred it to the beach.. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone thinking of staying here. The rooms were cleaned to perfection every day. Food was very good and a good variety. There was a lovely pizzeria next to the hotel which we went for lunch some days. The only negative and nothing to do with the hotel is the plana Barcelona day trip, we spent more time on the bus than we did in Barcelona. I would recommend taking the train or try find a direct bus where you didn’t have to collect everyone at their hotels as it took 90 minutes to leave Salou. We got on the bus at 8.40 and didn’t arrive in Barcelona until 11.50.

Booked a 9 night stay at the Cambrils Playa hotel. This hotel is mid way between Cambrils and Salou. It's mostly a residential area. What spoilt my break was the Animation team. Pretty non stop activity. The music was too loud. I'm 60+ and love music but much of what was played would better suit people in their 20s. Sometimes it felt like a "rave". Unfortunately our room was located more or less above the outdoor stage. Evening entertainment was soooo loud. Closing balcony door made little difference. The whole entertainment approach at this hotel could be toned down. Obviously only my opinion but I was a little taken aback by the intensity of the Animation team. Less would definitely have been more!!

Arrived 29th May, family of 8, (6 Adults, 2 children), very pleased on checking in as we were upgraded to pool view which was a very nice surprise to all. We were celebrating a 70th and Golden Wedding Anniversary. Though out our stay reception staff offered a high level of customer service. Soundproofing in rooms and in corridors is seriously missing from this hotel which would see much improvement and I would like to see management address this in possible ways. Food needs much improvement and is an area which management needs to address. On the whole a very good stay. The pool area is very nice and well kept as is the main bar and reception. Would I return, only if soundproofing is improved.

I have been going to this hotel for a good few years, location is excellent, staff very good, but it leaves it selves down with the food offerings which are very poor. I understand that if you are there for two weeks then menu can seem a bit repetitive, but it is the quality of the food and also the lack of variety.
