Super hôtel, mais très déçu à l'arrivée j'avais réservé pour deux adultes, un enfant et quand je suis arrivé à l'accueil de l'hôtel ils m'ont dit que c'était que pour deux adultes ils m'ont demandé 40 € de plus pour un enfant j'avais la feuille de ma réservation avec marqué deux adultes, un enfant, ils n'ont rien voulu savoir même avec l'épreuve dans les mains

We arrived on the 21st Sept for 2 weeks just missing the bad weather they had just had. Check in was quick, room was small but adequate. Located at the back and was a bit noisy from the kitchen and bin area but the view of the beach was good. Jet2 advertised 3 pools but we only saw one. Sunbeds quite close together but the self service bar was good. The food times were good. Always a good selection of food. The all inclusive bar in the dining room was great as we could get a bottle of water and wine with our lunch and dinner if we wanted. The location is misleading as the hotel is really between Cambrils and Salou but easy to get to both by bus which stopped outside. Cheap to travel, there is a bus office across the road to buy a bus card or book trips. Only cash or bus card on the buses. Little shops about or a 23 min walk to a big Mercadona and a Tabac. Entertainment in the evening was a bit naff though. Housekeeping were good. Our room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels supplied. There was 2 bottles of water in the fridge and a pepsi and fizzy orange which were topped up once. Sadly there wasn't any tea making facilities in the room. The only thing we weren't too keen on was breakfast was until 10am but the lady in the restaurant insisted on cleaning the coffee machines at 9.50am and turning them off and if you tried to use them she wasn't happy We had a relaxed 2 weeks with a few trips in between.

It was pretty okay The room was clean but bed wasn't really comfortable, bathroom a little bit used, small window and kind of dark inside. The pool area - big minus - no umbrellas, neither small tables next to the sunbeds. Food - I only had breakfast, it was decent, nothing special, just regular breakfast. The beach nearby was beatiful and calm. The big advantage is bus stop next to the hotel, you can go to Barcelona or Port Aventura.

Just back from a 4 day trip B&B with a friend. We had a room each both identical. Large rooms with 2 double beds, both clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable, and both had pool and sea view. Staff were friendly and efficient. The pool was lovely and there was plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and it was fresh and warm. Coffee machines were good but we needed 3 cups each to equate to 1 decent sized cup of coffee. There was evening entertainment but we didn't go to it. Lots of places to eat near by and your not to far from Salou there are busses but we walked along the sea front to get there. I would absolutely stay here again. The air con... it does work, but your patio door needs to be closed with the handle down and you need to turn the dial until you hear a clicking noise and that's it on. No tea/ coffee making facilities in the room but there was a hair dryer and toiletries in tbe bathroom. Water pressure from the shower was fantastic!

Such a beautiful hotel, we have been going for many years, it’s just a perfect place to stay. Clean tidy, food is great and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Everything outside the hotel is in walking distance or a quick bus ride. Will definitely be going there again soon

This hotel was mostly great, the food was nice and it changed everyday to different foods around the world which was exciting. The room was very clean and new towels were brought every day. There was no sunbed wars, which is a bonus and the beach is just across the street, where there was loads of restaurants too. I think the only thing that i would complain about it that we went half board, so breakfast and dinner; at breakfast you could get as many drinks as you liked, but for the dinner we had to pay for a bottle of water, which i believe should at least be complimentary. Other than that everything else was great, not sire if i would go again though.

We loved our time here Very welcoming reception staff and clean and comfortable rooms! The entertainment in the evening was a great way to wind down and even learnt how to flamenco dance! Close to the beach and shops Lovely staff and food was always great Will definitely be coming back

My husband and I came back on Tuesday after a lovely fortnight here. We had a pool view room and it was perfectly adequate. The food was diverse and plentiful, no complaints from us. Bus stops right outside and Plana office over the road to buy 10 trip bus pass. Beach just a stroll over the road and it's a gorgeous beach. The pool area had enough sunbeds and I never saw any 'reserving' of beds. The staff were terrific and I didn't feel they gave preferential treatment to Spaniards. My main gripe was the over bath shower, no safety grab handles...could be a problem for some also, I couldn't reach the coat hangers may sound silly but it's amazing how frustrating it can be to have to grab the chair to stand on! Overall I would recommend this hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Just an afterthought, we were there for San Juan celebrations and the hotel went all out with including fireworks

The hotel and staff are absolutely brilliant the bad reviews are definitely not correct the staff have made us feel welcome and made us enjoy the holiday especially the entertainment staff the food isn’t bad at all and we are fussy the hotel is very nice and clean the staff go an extra length to make sure the holiday is exceptional we will be booking again ❤️
