"The environment was elegant and spotless, with spacious and comfortable rooms and clean, soft bedding. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making check-in efficient and hassle-free. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options and tasted delicious! The location is very convenient, yet the surroundings are quiet, making it easy to get around. It offers exceptional value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time. Highly recommended!"

"Cambridge is an expensive town. That said, the price of the room did not reflect the amenities or the size of the room. Basically, the bathroom was so small as to be useless, and the bedroom very poorly lit and felt cluttered. The hotel is on top of a very cozy pub near Jesus Green, and within a comfortable walk to city centre. The room was clean and relatively quiet (the pub/hotel are located at a big intersection with frequent traffic). It would be ideal if the room price was closer to 100£, rather than 200£…"

"The hotel is located in a garden, the room is clean and tidy, the two gentlemen and one lady at the front desk are very enthusiastic, the dinner we bought outside was microwaved in the restaurant of the Regent Hotel, and the front desk also took good care of us. The breakfast of the hotel is also very good. We have to thank Ctrip for staying in this hotel. We booked a hotel before, but we still couldn't check in after paying. Ctrip helped us find this Regent Hotel for free, and the check-in procedure went smoothly, which was much better than the hotel we booked before. Thanks to Ctrip again. 🙏🙏"

"Breakfast is average, it is normal, nothing special. The room is too small, and it is rare to live in such a small room at this price. "It is a family hotel type hotel that focuses on warmth and comfort. It is located in a residential area around the city. There are no restaurants or supermarkets nearby, and it is far away from the main city. On the way to the main city, there are many barber shops along the way."

"The hotel is located at Cambridge Railway Station. It takes less than a minute to get to the hotel after getting off the train station. If you want to take a taxi, you can go directly back to the train station and call the taxi waiting there. It is very convenient! The location is very good and the hotel is very newly decorated! The ingredients provided for breakfast are very fresh, but I feel that the cooking method still needs to be improved. Overall, the convenience is very high. I personally think it is one of the most comfortable hotels in Cambridge!"

"Had a great stay in a private room at this hostel. There are sinks inside the bunk rooms. Toilets and showers are shared, but not inaccessible and rather close by. Anticipate a 20 minute walk if you arrive by National Express coach."

"Travelodge wouldn’t have been a bad memory except for TRIP that made it a horrible one for me , I definitely sure this would be my last dealing with them. Here is my ordeal with Travelodge and TRIP.com, on arriving the hotel I discovered the hotel has no air conditioning and it was terribly hot in London, I immediately notified the hotel of my intention to check out which they agreed to and are willing to give me a refund , unfortunately the TRIP customer service kept going round and round with the situation inorder for them to make me finish my stay at the hotel even with the fact that I complained it wasn’t comfortable, to be honest the hotel did their best to ensure I get my refund but trip messed everything up, there was practically nothing they didn’t do to make sure I didn’t check out even when someone from the hotel spoke with them about their willingness to give me a refund this is the hotel Ass. Manager ( Mrs Gosia) . I had a very terrible experience with trip and it is definitely going to be my last . I couldn’t sleep most of the night because of the terrible heat at night thanks to trip. 😞"
