"We arrived at Heathrow Airport very late. The hotel is very close to the airport, about a five-minute bus ride away. The soundproofing is also very good and not affected by the airport. The breakfast is ok and the service is thoughtful."
"Cambridge is an expensive town. That said, the price of the room did not reflect the amenities or the size of the room. Basically, the bathroom was so small as to be useless, and the bedroom very poorly lit and felt cluttered.
The hotel is on top of a very cozy pub near Jesus Green, and within a comfortable walk to city centre. The room was clean and relatively quiet (the pub/hotel are located at a big intersection with frequent traffic).
It would be ideal if the room price was closer to 100£, rather than 200£…"
"The hotel is located in a garden, the room is clean and tidy, the two gentlemen and one lady at the front desk are very enthusiastic, the dinner we bought outside was microwaved in the restaurant of the Regent Hotel, and the front desk also took good care of us. The breakfast of the hotel is also very good.
We have to thank Ctrip for staying in this hotel. We booked a hotel before, but we still couldn't check in after paying. Ctrip helped us find this Regent Hotel for free, and the check-in procedure went smoothly, which was much better than the hotel we booked before. Thanks to Ctrip again. 🙏🙏"

"Breakfast is average, it is normal, nothing special. The room is too small, and it is rare to live in such a small room at this price. There is a chair in the room, and it is necessary to find a waiter to give another chair. From the picture posted on the door, we stayed in the smallest room in the whole hotel. Really unhappy."
"The hotel is located at Cambridge Railway Station. It takes less than a minute to get to the hotel after getting off the train station. If you want to take a taxi, you can go directly back to the train station and call the taxi waiting there. It is very convenient! The location is very good and the hotel is very newly decorated! The ingredients provided for breakfast are very fresh, but I feel that the cooking method still needs to be improved. Overall, the convenience is very high. I personally think it is one of the most comfortable hotels in Cambridge!"
"Very clean amenities and in close proximity to the train station. Breakfast can be purchased at a reasonable price and there is also a kitchen available if you want to make your own food.
As for drawbacks, I’d say the bunk beds (especially the upper bunk) tend to creak a fair bit, and there was no water for several hours in the morning, making it very inconvenient to go to the bathroom or wash up. The bedside lamps are also too bright. Perhaps dim yellow ones would be better. All being said, it was still a nice stay."
"The room is small and clean, with a single bed and an independent bathroom. The price-performance ratio for single accommodation is quite high. The location is convenient and it's quiet.
The hotel staff is also very nice 👍
Breakfast is available for a fee, and you can choose it yourself.
When you go out, turn right and walk a short distance to another road, turn left and you will find a commercial street with various Chinese food shops, which is very convenient.
I would like to recommend."
"Self-service, you can cook for yourself, no one serves. The room is facing the street and the sound insulation is not good. The location is very good, in the city center, where to go, the price is also cheap."

CChi YuThe hotel's location is excellent. I arrived around 1:00 PM, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They arranged for an early check-in, allowing me to store my luggage in my room and promptly begin my exploration of Cambridge.
NNicholasLovely hotel, slightly outside of city centre. Housekeeping and service not quite there for a 5 star property (room service plates not removed from corridor, dirty towels left in swimming pool area for long periods of time)
JJAMIENice Hotel. Room is nice with modern furniture. Bed was comfortable. The location is a bit far out of the town centre so you need to get a bus or a train . Gym was decent and pool a nice touch. Would stay again.
CCarrie SohThis hotel is very spacious and suitable for family travelers. The hotel provides Dove brand shampoo and body wash.
Parking is also free. Suitable for self-driving travelers.
TTonyZhouA nice hotel located in Eddington in Cambridge, a quiet and safe community without much visitors to disturb, worth to choose and definitely come back next time when having a trip in Cambridge.
TTrudy JI must say this is how a hotel should be run!!
Friendly positive staff who are helpful with a smile!!
Our TV remote didn't work and a member of staff was there within 5 mins and sorted it...
Extra milk and tea bags for the room no problem...
Breakfast was fresh even at 9. 45am!
A little further out from where I usually stay when visiting Cambridge but it's only a short walk to the bus stop past a pretty lake..
All in all I will be staying here again..
GGuest UserI stayed in other Ibis hotels before, this is the first time I waited almost half an hour for the staff to activate the room card key, this was check in after midnight ... not sure if their online system is under maintenance or other reasons, three of their night staffs tried to help but not able to activate the card at the end. They use the master key card to open the room for me, but left me with no card to use if I left the room (going out for breakfast)...i ended up directly check out in the morning
NNBWDespite the slightly tired looking exterior, this is an excellent choice if you want a hotel in Cambridge, with parking, and walking distance to the city centre. Our room was on the ground floor but facing the rear and was very peaceful. The room is quite small but everything worked, it was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the shower water pressure was fantastic.
Breakfast, included in our package, was very very good. Plenty of choice and the cooked food was served on piping hot plates. Best of all, Jackie and Jan, the two wonderful ladies who served us. Actually they did more than serve, they made our breakfast memorable and warm. I hope these two ladies are well regarded by the hotel management, as we really want to return based upon their personal and very welcoming characters. Lovely, lovely ladies.
In case you didn’t realise, we thoroughly recommend this hotel.

CChris HineI was disappointed that my room was not cleaned, nor bed made, after my first night. The sign requesting not to be disturbed was hanging on the door handle inside the room. I only discovered the note instructing me to hang another sign, found with the towels on a chair in the room, on the outside handle requesting ”new towels”, if I wanted the room serviced.
If the cleaners do not enter the room unless there is a visible request for new towels, what is the necessity of a sign requesting not to be disturbed? No one is going to come in.
I fully understand the advantages of not replacing the towels every day - and endorse that. But I would have liked to be clearly informed of the note in the paper that came with my room ”key”.
