We were in Cambridge for a play at the Hamilton family theatre and chose this place. Very satisfied with our stay. Close to many shops and restaurants on a busy street just off the 401. The room was great with very comfortable beds. Each bed had 4 pillows. Room was quiet and very clean. The front desks was very nice and receptive when we arrived and allowed us in the room by 12:30 pm. The bathroom is very clean with a great shower stream. The wifi is strong and easy to sign in. The breakfast was included in the room and it was a delicious hot buffet. Very good and well organized. All was delicious, including scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, pea meal, beans, a quiche, cereal, muffins, fruit, juices, coffee… everything you would want in a breakfast. The restaurant has a very good atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Despite a remarkable sunset the evening I was there, an excellent view of such from my room's window, some truly luxurious pillows and blankets on the bed, and a premium television-watching experience, my enjoyment of the stay was hampered by the less than optimal location. I didn't realize how far it was out there in the suburbs, and I couldn't even get to the LCBO because of how pedestrian-unfriendly the area was! Also they charged the room to my credit card by mistake even though my stay was prepaid... but when I called them about it they were friendly and helpful and corrected this error.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Just do not use reservations.com. Call direct and the service is awesome. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and did not smell of pets, it was great and I would recommend it to anyone

Showplace Entertainment offers excellent musical cover groups once a month except July and August. Keith Burton and his wife--both talented entertainers --bring in excellent acts. In May we saw a Bee Gees cover band. I am in a wheelchair and Keith goes to great pains to ensure we are seated next to the stage where I can see. A tasty buffet served by Binghamton staff begins promptly at 12:30. The show starts exactly at 2 :00 and runs precisely 90 minutes. Other groups could learn a lot from Keith's precise planning and audience comfort.

The hotel smells, was very loud even though we checked in at 1:30 AM. The room was disgusting. The toilet was unflushed from previous guest- and broken. I don't even know how it's possible but it made an extremely loud noise while the tank refilled. The beds were full of dirt and stains, they did not appear to have clean linen. We left and slept in our vehicle.
