Fast and easy check in. Lots of parking. Comfortable beds. Gym is a little small and is in need of repair.

Great staff - friendly and ready to help out, nice complementary breakfast, good parking! Hotel is old and needs renovation. AC unit was so noisy and wasn’t cooling. Had to change my room - staff was friendly and helpful with this. AC unit in Second room was still noisy - just a tad bit better than the first!

Despite a remarkable sunset the evening I was there, an excellent view of such from my room's window, some truly luxurious pillows and blankets on the bed, and a premium television-watching experience, my enjoyment of the stay was hampered by the less than optimal location. I didn't realize how far it was out there in the suburbs, and I couldn't even get to the LCBO because of how pedestrian-unfriendly the area was! Also they charged the room to my credit card by mistake even though my stay was prepaid... but when I called them about it they were friendly and helpful and corrected this error.

I stayed here after seeing Lion Safari and it was the best value for money. Swimming pool, free breakfast, 2 queen size beds, it was so comfortable and nice. I highly recommend it. I highly recommend it.

I had a family emergency and had to cancel my reservation and Juana the manager had no care to my fiance being sick. He still charged me for the stay, even though I didn’t check in. He is a cold hearted snake. I will never stay at this place and will tell everyone that they only care about money and not their customers. Juanna needs to get the hell out of hotel management.

It was fine. The room was nice. The bed was comfy. But the room smelled a bit musty. And the hallway smelled worse. Very nice pool. This is not a $200 a night hotel.

Staff was good and room clean . However I found the bed to be of poor quality. To the point we came home early. I know different people like different types of mattresses. Usually not fussy but couldn’t sleep on this one

The staff and its customer service here were superb. It was exactly what we wanted for a day out of home.

The hotel needs some maintenance badly. We booked two rooms. One room the shower faucet was leaking, and there was paint stain all over the bathtub.

This hotel was absolutely terrible and VERY misleading from the photos shown by *******. We felt very unsafe being in this hotel and decided to switch properties.
