Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cambridge

Easy location to get to. Felt very secure in parking lot. Clean room and very nice front desk. Breakfast was satisfactory. Our only complaint was our shower curtain was too short and our bathroom floor got soaking wet and we stepped out  to lots of water from the shower. Would definitely stay there again.

Below average visit There was a blood substance in the one hall way, managementwas no where to be found to discuss this matter. The drinks from the vending machine were warm. The yogurt atvthe breakfast was warm.

Nice place! Everything was clean. Well maintained. I do not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. Would stay again and again!

Hotel is newer but must see lots of trade workers. Common areas could be cleaned better. Not sure the sheets on the one bed were clean. Room was non smoking but smelled like 2nd hand smoke.

Our first room had a large untreated urine spot on the carpet. We were moved to another room that had considerable mold or mildew on the ceiling of the bathroom. I addressed this with the desk clerk and was told management would be in touch. We should have left at this point but we were tired. This used to be a great place to stay on our frequent trips east, but will not return.

Hard to wash away the stink without water I have no idea how this place would get any positive reviews. First, the carpet in the rooms and hallway were extremely dirty and had a horrible smell. Every chair in the breakfast area was so stained they looked like they must be 30 years old and never cleaned. No water when we woke up...so no shower...no flushing toilets. Went to ask at the front desk and after the guy finally came out from the back room where he always was when you went to the desk...he said we hope it will be fixed in 30 minutes or so, if not a maintenance man should come to work in an hour. No coffee...thought it was related to the water issue, but no...after the water eventually did come back on, still no coffee...asked the same guy...hiding in the same place...he came over and opened the machine...which looked like it hadn't been cleaned inside...ever. It didn't seem like he knew what he was doing and after his efforts...still no coffee. Not a great start to our morning...and I would wish for my enemies to sleep in this pit. Mentioned these frustrations upon checkout...the owner will contact me...still waiting more than a day later.
