Beginning deposit was 75, the preauthorize total became 161 approximately, or an 86 dollar arbitrary additional fee. Encourage anyone else experiencing this to contact attorney if you are disabled and discriminated against. Establishments are not allowed to impose barriers but are REQUIRED by civil law to eliminate them. Very good hotel, right next to the MIT Science Museum, with a subway station downstairs, coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets for shopping. The room is very cozy. Next to it is the Google office building with complete facilities. It is great to meet with teachers and friends. It is also very convenient to Harvard, just two subway stops away. I highly recommend it.

Just beside Kendall subway station, there is a kettle and two bottles of mineral water and snacks , and the pre-sale catties of 100 dollars are also refunded on time when checking out. not bad. Antique hotel.  is right next to Massachusetts.  Check-in is also very smooth, the airport is free to come to SL1, and the red line is there.

More like a family hotel, the design of the house is very characteristic, very warm, the room is small, breakfast is very close to Harvard, can walk, but the parking space is very small, we went late, parked in a parking space Location, I originally wanted to park the hotel the next morning, go to Harvard, but the hotel said that the location of our car is not good, we have to leave when we check out. As a result, we are looking for parking lots everywhere. It is very expensive and the parking fee is very expensive. I went to live in the parking lot and said that it was not good to park near Harvard. In the end, I was looking for a parking lot everywhere. It took time and money, and the hotel price was not high.

The room is really small, the air conditioning is not particularly powerful, see the introduction of the house in the hotel table in 1910, the facilities are indeed old. But the overall feeling is very warm, the front desk people are very nice, the fireplace on the first floor is super warm, coffee, tea, with a thermos cup can also pick up hot water hhhh, hot water party gospel.

Location is excellents. Rooms are really small. Service is good.

We love this place so much that you will need to come here to experience yourself. Warm hospitality, cozy vibes, free snacks, fruits, tea and coffee and a well functioning kitchen to cook light meals. Quiet neighborhood and lovely view from the window. Pros: good location close to the MBTA station, free coffee/tea/water, stable Wi-Fi, clean rooms. Cons: very small and narrow rooms considering the common US hotel standards, no buffet breakfast provided, no gym at the premises (it is located in another hotel nearby though).

Hotel was in an ideal location - near restaurants. The staff were friendly and courteous. Amenities were sufficient. Our assigned room was good sized and comfortable. However, I didn’t think our bathroom was cleaned well enough - a couple of hair remnants of previous hotel guests was found on the shower wall and on the floor. Hopefully, they can do better next time. I won’t mind returning to this hotel in the future.

Hotel is conveniently located 5 mins walk from Kendall/MIT MBTA red line station. Note that there is a similar-sounding hotel ”Boston Marriot Cambridge” just above the MBTA station. Daily breakfast is good with breads, cinnamon rolls, sausages, bacon/ham, cereals, yoghurt and fruits. Room is clean, comfortable with a functional kitchenette, microwave and dishwasher.There was only a saucepan so we requested for pot and sponge to do some light cooking and cleaning. Washing machine and dryer is shared on 2nd floor - pay by credit card. Filtered water is available in the gym. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.
