The service is very good. Everyone at the front desk is funny and friendly. The room is clean. They also gave us chocolate lollipops, fruits and cookies. It is a very unique hotel. It is opposite Google Boston and next to MIT.

就在肯德爾地鐵站邊上￼，有燒水壺還送了兩瓶礦泉水和小零食￼，預售斤100美元也退房時準時給退了。還不錯。古色古香的酒店。￼就在麻省旁邊。￼辦理入住也很順暢，機場過來SL1免費，轉紅色線就到了。

Right next to the Kendall subway station. There is a kettle and two bottles of mineral water and snacks. The pre-sale fee of $100 was refunded on time when I checked out. Not bad. An antique hotel. Right next to Massachusetts. Check-in was also smooth. SL1 from the airport is free, and you can get there by transferring to the red line.

The hotel is small, but the furniture and bathroom are new and have no odor. The bed and quilt pillows are super comfortable and will not cause the sound of salsa to affect sleep. There are not many types of breakfast, it is delicious. Great location, 10 minutes walk to the MIT Museum. There is a seafood restaurant across the road from the hotel and the lobster is great. The staff is also very warm and thoughtful. By the way, it is incredible that the room is also prepared with free snacks and fruit.

A reservation was made through a third party service employed by the hotel.   The hotel immediately confirmed and approved the reservation which was for a very busy night in Boston; Paul McCartney concert.  2 weeks before the confirmed stay, the hotel canceled via email saying they were ”overbooked”.  I contacted the hotel to be spoken with by a very rude employee who would not provide his full name and said ”you should have booked directly with us”.  A manager contacted me, apologized and offered to comp me a weekend suite stay (just not in October).  She asked that I call her personal cell # to book.  Just requested a weekend date 3 months in advance.   Oh, a suite is not available!  Asked for 2 nights in a regular room.  ”I'm with my family now and can't text”. (This after having no response to my original work day text more that 24 hours ago. )  Asked that she call when working and reminded her That She Asked that I Call her personal cell#.  Otherwise, how could I possibly have her #?

The hotel is in a good location, in the city centre of Cambridge, Boston, about 15 minutes drive from the airport and 28 knives by taxi. Main street has a restaurant on the whole street, which is safe and convenient. Opposite is MIT, great. The hotel’s British retro style is very much like it.
