The hotel is very comfortable, and the facilities and equipment are all complete, including coffee machines, TVs, air conditioners, etc. The service staff are also very enthusiastic. I was impressed by the foreign guy who provided parking services. He was thoughtful and enthusiastic! I felt at home! The service was very good! The hotel is located on the Charles River, only one or two miles away from MIT and HARVARD. I ran between MIT and HARVARD in the morning, which was exactly 10 kilometers. It was really comfortable! I will choose this hotel again when I come to Boston!

The room environment is okay. The only drawback is that disposable slippers are not provided. However, the location is a bit far from the city center. If you are visiting friends in MIT, you can stay.

Hotel is conveniently located 5 mins walk from Kendall/MIT MBTA red line station. Note that there is a similar-sounding hotel ”Boston Marriot Cambridge” just above the MBTA station. Daily breakfast is good with breads, cinnamon rolls, sausages, bacon/ham, cereals, yoghurt and fruits. Room is clean, comfortable with a functional kitchenette, microwave and dishwasher.There was only a saucepan so we requested for pot and sponge to do some light cooking and cleaning. Washing machine and dryer is shared on 2nd floor - pay by credit card. Filtered water is available in the gym. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Very satisfied, from the location to the facilities to the service. Of course, hotel prices in the United States are much more expensive than last year, but if it is a necessity, you have to face it.

Very good hotel, right next to the MIT Science Museum, with a subway station downstairs, coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets for shopping. The room is very cozy. Next to it is the Google office building with complete facilities. It is great to meet with teachers and friends. It is also very convenient to Harvard, just two subway stops away. I highly recommend it.

Hotel was in an ideal location - near restaurants. The staff were friendly and courteous. Amenities were sufficient. Our assigned room was good sized and comfortable. However, I didn’t think our bathroom was cleaned well enough - a couple of hair remnants of previous hotel guests was found on the shower wall and on the floor. Hopefully, they can do better next time. I won’t mind returning to this hotel in the future.

The location is a few hundred meters from Harvard University. The bed in the room is very good and comfortable. There is only a bottle of water, no toothbrush and slippers. The cup for brushing teeth is a disposable plastic cup. We asked the hotel for knives and forks, but they were delivered with disposable plastic knives and forks. Compared with the equipment 10 years ago, it is far worse, similar to domestic express hotels. It is worse than the Conform inn in the United States due to its special location.
