Premier Inn Camborne

Very friendly check in by Jess. Nothing seemed too much for her and is also very approachable. I had a lovely stay! Bed was extremely comfortable, spacious room - would deffo recommend for anyone wanting a god quality room for reasonable price!!!!

Jess on the front desk was fantastic really bubbly also your house keeping team were amazing room was very very clean but your internet was terrible I reported this to a male member of staff at reception and was informed either purchase ultimate internet or call the internet company myself and I thought I was a paying guest so why should I chase the internet company

Spoke with Jess and Charlene who were both wonderful ladies and helped with an on the day upgrade, really energetic and fun people. Unlike the Hayle staff these girls were happy to resolve all my needs with a smile. Also explained that the room came with a coffee machine and a fridge to stop food stuff going off. Upgrade to the prem plus it’s so worth it.

I travelled down as a surprise for a couple of birthday gatherings and thought i'd stay here as a fair central point. The place was not somewhere I would ever stay again. I wasn't actually going to review it but after having some wonderful stays elsewhere - I feel others should know to maybe look elsewhere in my opinion. The room was not the best smelling but the bed looked clean so we stayed. 300 miles from home so - kinda had to. We literally used this aa a place to get our heads down - we had to shower at my mums as there was no hot water on 2 of the days and we were met with vacant looks when we enquired about this at reception. After a couple of days, we wanted to eat at the restaurant it is associated with - after the reception not being able to direct us anywhere that may serve gluten free (They even tried telling me a pasta place was gluten free because it wasn't bread!) They were 2/3's empty and we were refused entry and they were full??? When we have made comments regarding the issues when leaving, we were just told "Oh Dear, not so good for you then!" Save you pennies and go elsewhere.

Lovely friendly staff, very clean and considering old style rooms, maintained very well. Had a problem first night but next day was sorted and handled with care. Location was perfect for us, right next to A30 which takes you everywhere. I would definitely stay again.

Best premier inn so far Marc and Wendy in reception were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Our double room was very good.the food was nice and service was prompt and friendly. The hotel is located close to our destination. Easy to find good parking. We will be back
