We were traveling with a group of 5 (individual rooms) and stayed a week at this lovely and very welcoming hotel. The hosts, Philippe and Thierry (both speak a few languages) were very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The breakfast was served in a wonderful space and was very plentiful. I was also delighted with the decor of the public areas. If I had one problem it would be that the bed mattress was too hard for my old bones, but Philippe helped me to remedy the problem as soon as I told him. I would certainly return to this hotel.

Très bon séjour d’une nuit à l’Hotel Ursula . Un accueil des plus chaleureux du propriétaire, une hôtel convivial à taille humaine, bonne literie , très bon petit déjeuner, un calme absolu . Une petite balade dans le quartier est très chouette aussi ! On recommande à 100% ! Merci 🙏

Hotel typique du Pays Basque, accueil attentionné de Philippe , chambre spacieuse et calme, lit très confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié faisant la part belle au produits locaux (yaourt fromage confiture ). Parking très pratique

Petit hôtel plein de charme dans un village typique du Pays Basque. On a apprécié l'accès privé au parking, l'accueil très sympathique, la décoration soignée du hall d'accueil et de la chambre, une super note pour le petit déjeuner très varié et composé de produits locaux...une régalade! Seul bémol sur la grande salle de bains mais qui mériterait un petit rafraichissement, on s'attends à autre chose par rapport à l'ensemble. Adresse que je recommande sans hésitation.
