Great night staff. Very helpful with jugs of ice when needed and extra pillows. There was a nice lady and tall man ready to answer questions too.

The room was clean and equipt. Though could do with a refresh. The halls and common areas were tired and worn. Food was as expected, though I asked for a takeaway breakfast on final day (had pre paid for full hot breakfast) this was agreed but was a suprise when I arrived to get it when checking out. Communication is an issue. Otherwise, staff were great and very welcoming.

The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The bathrooms are foul, floors collapsing, mould in every corner of the room, paint peeling off the walls. The corridors are worryingly dirty, sections of the carpet completely black from wear with no sign of them being replaced. Positives: Polite staff and a relatively cheap stay. I guess you get what you pay for.

Maria and precious are amazing and very helpful. No issue is a problem and Maria’s cooking is the best. Chicken is always cooked to perfection and they always help with my dietary needs

Hotel is need of some refurbishment. Room basic, smell of BO seemed to be hanging about. Very clean, temperature easy to control. Coffee machine out of order at breakfast time, condiment bottle necks need cleaning daily as some congealed sauce present. Location is good for restaurants and entertainment. Undisturbed night’s sleep.

The staff were lovely and very helpful specially Maria and Rajh, they even had time for a chat, the food was well worth the money ,the room was nice and clean with everything we needed in the room, the location was great as the town is just over the road ,we enjoyed our stay and would go back!

Great hotel, stayed twice, bit daunting when you first arrive, no permanent receptionist but ring the buzzer and they immediately appear. Precious, the first time, who spoilt me during my whole stay, she worked in the restaurant in the evening.. Oksana met me the second visit, helped me to my room with my case, I was just out of hospital, and looked after me in the evening along with Rabina who was waitress. The one person I have also to thank is Maria.. what an amazing chef! The Mixed Grill is to die for, so well cooked and so much! The other food is also very good, eat in, I recommend it! I'll be back...
