Hotel is need of some refurbishment. Room basic, smell of BO seemed to be hanging about. Very clean, temperature easy to control. Coffee machine out of order at breakfast time, condiment bottle necks need cleaning daily as some congealed sauce present. Location is good for restaurants and entertainment. Undisturbed night’s sleep.

The staff were lovely and very helpful specially Maria and Rajh, they even had time for a chat, the food was well worth the money ,the room was nice and clean with everything we needed in the room, the location was great as the town is just over the road ,we enjoyed our stay and would go back!

Great hotel, stayed twice, bit daunting when you first arrive, no permanent receptionist but ring the buzzer and they immediately appear. Precious, the first time, who spoilt me during my whole stay, she worked in the restaurant in the evening.. Oksana met me the second visit, helped me to my room with my case, I was just out of hospital, and looked after me in the evening along with Rabina who was waitress. The one person I have also to thank is Maria.. what an amazing chef! The Mixed Grill is to die for, so well cooked and so much! The other food is also very good, eat in, I recommend it! I'll be back...

Friendly staff .Comfortable beds and clean rooms.Breakfast was good value and freshly cooked. Parking is nearby ,but expensive ,a£2.50 charge between 6.30pm and 6.30 am ,but if you collect car at 7 am the charge was £12 (not £2.50 plus an extra hour)!

Bed is very comfortable, clean room, clean bathroom. Amazing staff on reception and restaurant. Quick check in and out. Great location. Shame that there is no car park, but the nearby multi-storey car park is just 2 mins away, so wasn’t a problem.

Comfy nights sleep. Found staff to be attentive and very polite, especiallly Raj working in the restaurant. Had a great breakfast as i always do here. Would recommend this hotel to freinds and colleagues. Keep up the good work, what more can I say.

Having stayed at the Premier Inn several times on business, I've always felt it was good value for money, the bed is comfortable and the rooms are spotlessly clean. However, on this occasion, the room rate was high for what it is, and the room was tired and dated and felt grubby with marks and stains on the walls / skirting boards in room and peeling paintwork in bathroom. The pillows are awful, should have brought my own. The breakfast was average, I noted another guest repeatedly asking for things as not topped up, have to queue for coffee machine when busy so consider having 2

I stayed in Premier Inn Camberley for a night, I had a warm welcome from a lady who checked me in. Very nice hotel, comfortable bed, clean and tidy room. I had dinner and breakfast as a meal deal. Food was delicious, quick service, friendly staff.
