However, being a pet owner cannot stop you for enjoying our unit, since there are pet hotels & private pet boarding in the area for you to consider placing your pet. Also, there has been no smoking inside the house since new, & no smoking is allowed inside the house. 12- Privacy: House provides Privacy, separate entrance, & is fully fenced for your peace of mind & will offer you the so much desired privacy in the front yard & in the back yard of it. 13- Safety: Camarillo is a quite city, & Camarillo Heights is an extremely quite neighborhood. Even though this Guest House shares a wall with the other unit, it is very quiet & far from any cars/motorcycles noises. You will enjoy any activity, from reading the books, to the glass of wine.
