OYO Hotel Arembepe Beach Hotel, Camacari

I recently stayed with my husband in June 2024. The hotel is currently called Imperial Arembepe Hotel, which is important for you to know. Overall, the experience was reasonable; the hotel needs some renovations; on the floor I stayed, there was a leaking and peeling wall. The hotel has parking, a poolside bar, 2 shops, and a mini cafeteria. If you stay, I suggest getting a room facing the sea, as the view is beautiful. The beach is deserted, the waves are strong, and you can't swim, but the hotel has a good pool. The EXPERIENCE itself wasn't bad, it was reasonable... I suggest that the hotel management rethink the hotel's customer experience to make them want to come back again and again, at least by investing more in the structure (especially in cases of shock, it could have been a child), security, and breakfast. The staff is pleasant, but on the days I was there, they seemed a bit lost. The rooms are simple, but the bathrooms need repairs, as the outlet was giving electric shocks and the flush system is old. I didn't see any security guards at the hotel, so this is something that needs to be checked urgently... The hotel is far from the square. You can't get there on foot; it's only in front of the sea, which is deserted. The breakfast lacks more variety, but it's reasonable. There's a pizzeria in the hotel, the pizza is very good, but there are no other food services at night, so you either have to drive to the center or order ifood or eat pizza every night (it's in a wood-fired oven). For purchases at the hotel, food or conveniences, including bar service, you pay with a prepaid card that they provide; that is, to consume, you pay in advance. I didn't think that was a good idea. The hotel has a day use service in which the amount is converted into consumption.

Péssima estrutura, comida ruim, instalações precárias, alguns profissionais educados e solícitos, algumas comidas de um dia para outro... pedimos batata frita e jogamos fora. Enfim, péssima experiência nada funciona bem.
