The Arenia Beachfront Cam Ranh Resort

I don't know how tour operators recommend this hotel, it's awful. The beach is dirty, the pool is not cleaned at all. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. It's awful, dirty and very far from the shops.

The service and the attitude of the staff were really bad. The check-out time was changed without me being told, and if I hadn't asked, I wouldn't have known about this. Also, there were too many locals, so it was a bit noisy, and there were too many people at the pool. I really don't recommend it.

The check-in time was 2 o'clock, so I got a massage and went there on time, but they told me to wait until 3 o'clock without saying anything and I couldn't check in until close to 3:30. When I got to the room, they were still cleaning it ㅠㅠ The desk staff avoided me and avoided me, which really annoyed me. I wanted to go in early and rest since it was the last day of my trip, 0.5 night, but I had to wait for an hour and a half ㅠㅠ They asked for 500,000 dong as a deposit, so if you don't want to leave your passport, bring some cash. They don't accept cards. They kept bringing in group tour buses, so I was really out of my mind. I thought they were Chinese. It seems okay to stay for 0.5 nights on the first day of my trip, but on the last day, you might not be able to check in early or on time, so plan ahead and go with plenty of time.
