This place is frequented by locals and Chinese tourists, with very few Russians or Europeans (maybe 1%). The rooms are nice and the view from them is great. However, the hotel's inner grounds are poorly maintained, and the beach is dirty. I'd only recommend staying here for a maximum of 1-2 days.

I have check in issue with front staff. They have transferred me from sea to light tower. It is not a smooth operation for the room operating by owner vs hotel. Room assigned on arrival does not same as my bookings

Horrible feeling is what I got . Very much confused about the condotel and all kind of issues they created during the time there. The owner sent sms me and accused me destroyed kettle while I’m a victim of their poor management facility. If you want an unprofessional manager handle and no head no tail unreasonable handling, just go there to test your patience level and how frustrating feeling you can feel. As a solo traveler, I really don’t expect to get more stressful from those accommodations like this there are bugs on their bed and you can see their main door lock… how to feel safe ?

"MY 5 STAR REVIEW" - even though the hotel was half full in the middle of the off season...my request for an extra hour past designated checkout of noon was like I'd asked them to reinvent the concept of "hoteling".
The rather snooty (they all kinda were, and it seems a prerequisite front-of-house hiring policy for Citadineseseses everywhere (cf Singapore)) front of desk lady, sighed and huffed and eventually said "ok, you can stay until 1pm, if you give us a 5 Star review on Google". When we duly checked out at 1pm sharp, she asked me to show her the review on my phone. Which of course I hadn't bothered my **** to write.
Anyway, finally here it is (thank you for your patience, your hotel isn't important to us):
"3 STARS... thinks it's better than it is, and shouldn't be bribing guests with patheticness in an effort to game the Google rating system. Trust me, there are better places to stay."

It wasn't immediately easy to find the hotel – there are several identical buildings within the complex. There's a large pool with a shallow end, and lifeguards are always on duty. You can eat at the cafe on the ground floor, but the prices are noticeably higher than in Nha Trang. Overall, it's a great option to spend half a day or a full day if your flight is at night or early in the morning.
