Arena Resort Luxury With Ocean View

I stayed for 0.5 nights, and the staff was friendly and the room was clean and nice~^-^ It's close to the airport, so I want to visit again next time.

Except for the location, it's really the worst. I made a reservation because my early morning flight was close to the airport. At first, I was satisfied with the clean appearance, but there's a reason why the Google reviews are bad. I checked in at night and didn't stay for more than a few hours because my early morning flight was coming, but I saw two cockroaches during that short time. A really big cockroach came out from behind the curtain and was running around, so I screamed and caught it. And should I say closet? There was a small cockroach there... It was disgusting and I didn't want to be there. And the amenities were still there, as if someone had touched them, and the electric kettle was half full. It must have been used by someone. There was white water stains on the sink, and since there weren't many people in the resort, it felt eerie.

14시 체크인 이었으나, 청소중이라고 14시30분이 되어서야 입실하였습니다. 출국을 위해 6시간 머물기위해 잡은 숙소였습니다. 체크아웃시 버기 요청하였고, 컨시어지는 5분간 룸체크 후 체크아웃 진행해 주겠다고 했습니다. 하지만 10분 뒤 마스터키가 없으니 투숙객인 저희에게 직접 방에 다시 키를 가져다 놓으라고 번역기로 시켰습니다. 마스터키가 없다면서 키를 방에 두고 문을 닫으면 방은 누가 열수 있나요? 방 두개 모두 카드키를 꽂아두고 방문 열어두고 사진으로 전달했습니다. 이미 15분 이상 지났고, 공항 샌딩 업체와의 시간이 다 되어가서 항의했더니 룸체크 없이 체크아웃이 되었다고 했습니다. 대체 왜 키를 꽂아두고 오라고 시키고 웨이팅을 시킨건지 이해가 안갑니다. 체크아웃이 되었으니 가라고... 처음에 말한 버기는 어떻게 된거냐고 하니 차를 그제서야 부릅니다. 불만족 가득한 숙소였습니다.

定的三人間 上樓一看就是個大床房 下樓溝通説一會加床 酒店本身沒有圖片的三人間的那種房型 加床很不舒服 彈簧硬 淋浴間沒有放洗漱用品的地方 房間小 也不太乾淨 游泳池想找個工作人員沒找到 附近能吃飯的地方很少 進城吃飯打車來回200人民幣 真後悔 應該還是住沉香塔附近就好了 起碼吃飯方便 當初就是圖離機場近 沒想到周圍沒配套設施 就是個空城

Khách sạn này quả thật khiến tôi phải quay lại lần sau. Đường vào rất dễ dàng, không bị vướng mắc gì. Không gian rộng, nhiều khu vui chơi cho trẻ em, các bé cứ vui chơi cả ngày. Khuân viên xanh mát, có nhiều góc chụp hình đẹp. Nhân viên chu đáo, dịch vụ rất tốt.

這次回來感覺像是入住了一個全新的酒店！房間超級現代，設施非常便利。特別是我的海景房，步行幾步就能享受美麗的海灘，這種體驗其他地方沒有。酒店的服務也比之前更好，非常推薦！
