I was here for 3 weeks. Paid in advance. I was moved to a new room after the first night. The new rooms tv didn’t work. I ask to have it repaired, they said it’s Tet. After the holiday they still didn’t fix it. The AC had issues, it was leaking water on the floor. I slipped fell, cut my arm on the way down. I’ve stayed here in the past with out some many issues. Oh and they only cleaned the room twice in 3 weeks.

Some days I have hot water it’s a crap shoot. I stay there because of proximity to work

I have stayed there 3 times and will go back when I return in 2,weeks

Ksan is convenient to eat and drink. Equipment is lacking, my room does not have hot water. In general, the price is cheap, so the quality is commensurate. Polite Reception
