"Well, what can I say, overall not bad, but there are downsides. The villas are good, everything is in good condition, the beds are comfortable, the linen is good. There is a washing machine and powder. The dishes are clean, though there are no forks and teaspoons. That's probably all. Of the downsides: there is no soundproofing at all, you can hear everything that is said in the neighboring villa, while you are in a room on the second floor, and they are in their courtyard, the cleaning is initially a C, everything is swept up in the corners, you clean yourself, you even have to take the garbage out to the bin outside. There are few towels, no kitchen towels at all, as well as a dishcloth. There are not many dishes, a minimal set is present, but if you are traveling in a large company, there are not enough dishes, both for cooking and for eating. There are no napkins. Pool: the entire bottom is in sand. Somehow the courtyard is not well maintained. There are no soft mattresses on the sun loungers. On the first floor in the toilet there was a smell of sewage villa. 1117. The beach is a separate song: there is practically none... or rather, it is not equipped at all, there are very few sun loungers... if you are lucky enough to get a sun lounger, you need to either have your own towel or bring it from your room (of which there are only 3 for 3 bathrooms), no one cleans the beach, the sea in this place has low and high tides... you also need to take this into account. There is nothing nearby, the nearest chafanka is 2.5 km away... there is a small swimming pool and a restaurant on the territory. Prices are above average. In short, everything is much more beautiful in the picture. We stayed for 2 days... ok, not worth it for a longer period... The price per day is 12 thousand rubles."

"This Nha Trang Jinlan mysterious spa villa is simply amazing!
First of all, the 520 single-family villa is simply good value for money. There is also a private pool and kitchen inside. Do you want to eat seafood? It's so convenient to cook by yourself!
Three oversized rooms, the total area is more than 200 square meters, single-family villas! Because we two people staying in the housekeeper will pick a room, the other two rooms will be locked. The room on the first floor is convenient for life, the door is the swimming pool, you can swim if you want to swim! There is a room on the second floor to see the sea, and the other is quieter. I chose a quiet one. But later I found out that it was still on the first floor. Of course, if a few friends or family live together, it should also be very interesting to cook together and have a party holiday. If you don't want to cook by yourself, there is a restaurant in the lobby of the hotel that can also deliver meals to the room.
The room can see the sea, the bed is comfortable, the facilities are brand new, the 24-hour housekeeper is on call, it is really intimate.
There is a large platform on the top floor, blowing the sea breeze, looking at the starry sky, it is cool! There are two big swimming pools and bars in the middle of the villa area. The beauty is turned over. The blue sea water and soft beach are simply the scenery in the painting.
This 520 is too powerful, recommended, highly recommended"

JJDSbrooklynLook no further, this is the most delightful Vietnamese beach resort. The resort was nearly at capacity, we were told, yet it felt so secluded! The design is beyond compare, every detail is just perfect. All the staff was just so warm and welcoming: special thanks to Joe and Ny for making our special birthday getaway so memorable. I'm a spa snob and I thought with daily spa treatments included in your spa, they would be perfunctory, but I was wrong. The service and relaxation in the spa was divine, and the choices of services was a great variety. Don't miss the warm bamboo massage! I would recommend this resort to anyone, but especially those looking for a relaxing, quiet spa-focused holiday. Perfect for honeymooners or a girl's trip

Globally speaking, the hotel has a fantastic view and very good taste of design. Every where you go, you will be amazed by the view.
The breakfast is not rich, but it is very exquisite. The plate is exquisite, and the taste is good, which makes us very satisfied.
What surprises me most is the service attitude of the employees here. I must say that most of the employees are friendly, and all the cleaning staff you meet on the road will take the initiative to say hello to you. However, the staff at the reception and the restaurant always have poker faces. They gathered at the reception desk to chat and turned a blind eye to the passing guests. An employee named Becky met us on the road and quickly turned around and pretended not to know us. The staff of the restaurant are very busy. You don't need to expect time to read the bill in the dim light, however you will be urged to sign quickly and leave. Also when you check out, it is difficult for you to expect Becky to ask how you feel. She just wants you to sign the bill quickly and leave. She always gives me a condescending attitude. I don't
understand where her arrogance comes from.
Generally speaking, the beautiful scenery, architectural design and food here are worth the price, but the supporting services can't keep up. Especially considering that there is no airport shuttle bus, and there is only one shuttle bus to the city every day, I think there can be other more cost-effective, especially service options.

GGuest UserIt's the best resort. It's very eco-friendly, the breakfast changes every day, and there are various programs for adults and children to enjoy, so I had a great rest without getting bored. The service and the resort building itself were so nice and great. It's a resort that teaches you what relaxation is. I'm very satisfied with the yoga program and the kids' program.

GGuest UserThis is a brand new hotel with all villa, inside the room is very very clean, bed is comfortable, faculties in the house are new (without kitchenware), but there is a little problem is you will find some little flies inside the villa (because of the drainage system problem), also outside the villa are quite dusty, I don't find mosquitoes around (maybe is not the season) , but honestly, hotel have to improve all the public areas cleanliness, swimming pools are very big, the beach sands are the white and fine but with many trash (hotel already have staff pick up the trash everyday but still many), staff are very friendly but have to improve more English, Cam Ranh is a new developing resort area with many hotels resort along the beach (few kilometers long, still building many resorts) , 5mins drive away from the airport (private taxi cost around: 80,000/way), 35mins drive away from city center (private taxi cost around: 300,000/way), there is a street ”Cau Moi” 10mins drive away from hotel with some seafood restaurants (many local people goes, need to compare the prices)

AAnfernoI think this kind of resort is ideal for families, and especially wealthy families that don't mind paying exorbitant amounts of money for lunch and dinner. While the cost of a night's sleep was quite reasonable, everything else on site was very overpriced. I was also disappointed at the very limited stock in their on-site convenience store; not one single Vietnamese beer available (only Heineken, and Budweiser). You would hope that they would support the local economy at least a little bit.
The location, while close to the airport, was bascially in the countryside. It was a 15-minute taxi ride to civilization for any small shopping/eating, etc. Nha Trang, the closest city, was 40 minutes away. We stayed there a few nights before moving to Movenpick, and kinda wished we spent an extra night there rather than an extra night at Movenpick.
The pool closed at 7pm. After that, there is nothing to do. Beach access closes at 6.
The pools were great, especially early in the week, when there weren't so many people. But by Thursday, check-ins got busier, and the pool overfloweth with people.
The place was immaculately clean, relatively quite (some families next door and above were screaming until near midnight. We complained, and it got resolved.)
Breakfast buffet was varied,, but nothing special. Americanos and Lattes were available, but if you wanted Vietnamese coffee, they offered iced only. They strongly discouraged ordering a hot viet coffee, but I did anyway, and it came out lukewarm at best. No salted coffee, no egg coffee, no Vietnam feel in this place.
Overall, stay there if with kids. They'll love the pool, and the 'chocolate hour'. As a couple, I wouldn't recommend it.

GGuest UserThe territory is clean, well-kept. The sea, the beach are wonderful. The cocktails are tasteless, they don't know how to make them. Their assortment is 3 cocktails, they pour the same thing, it's impossible to drink. The rooms are good. The pastries are terrible, there's nothing to choose from. There seems to be a lot of food, but there's nothing to eat. We must give credit to the Fobo soup that they pour. Very tasty. The rest - nothing special.

AAnonymous UserThe hardware is good, the environment is good, it is private enough, and there are not many people. However, the hygiene is really bad. It is the worst Marriott I have ever stayed in. On the first day of check-in, I found that the disposable slippers were all wet because they were worn by others. No one changed them at all, and the bathroom drain was not cleaned up. It was very blocked. Feedback on the second day was good. On the third day, I returned to the room and found that the dirty cleaning rags were left in the guest room. I don’t know where they were cleaned. It was super dirty and placed on the table. The hair in the bathroom was not cleaned at all. The mirror was not cleaned and there were water marks, which was a small matter.
