The best mini getaway to celebrate Mother’s Day and my birthday! From the moment we arrived at the hotel until we left, everything was spectacular.
The food was top-notch, 100 points. The staff's kindness was another 100. The facilities were incredible, perfect for families with kids—my son didn’t know where to start or end his day with all the activities available.
I had a treat at the spa, and WOW! From choosing the treatment to the private room and the massage itself, it was an amazing birthday experience.
We encountered a small issue with the bathtub, but the staff did everything possible to resolve it quickly.
Our flight was quite late, and they offered us a late check-out with all the amenities.
I would always return to this hotel and recommend it without hesitation.

overall nice place to have a rest and relax, the food was mostly good, as well as hotel territory and the beach
as for the rest, it wasn't so bad, though hotel management may adjust some things i believe:
housekeeping may forget to clean up the room, room service may forget to deliver the order, extremely short amount of beach loungers
"executive lounge" was ok, but it's a usual snack bar, no big deal (crying babes are included)

Relaxing place but quite far away from everything, restaurants are pricey (compared to Nha Trang). It was difficult to reach the hotel before arrival (via trip.com or via their communication channels). Therefore, it was hard to plan ahead and when we arrived, everything was fully booked (SPA or special dinner by the beach). They upgraded our room to the executive floor (same size but higher floor), but can not enjoy the executive lounge. Don’t miss the sun raise it was beautiful.
Breakfast buffet has enough choices but everyday I heard customers broke a plate (maybe the space is too tight).
The rainforest pool was fun with the water slides. And we also enjoyed the main pool with a stunning view.
We tried the kite flying activity down at the beach but 11am was too hot for the kids. (The sun is right up). We also wanted to go coconut harvest but the weather is too hot. It maybe better if they can consider switching them to the afternoon. No late check out but you can enjoy the pool and other activities in the hotel.

Staffs are very friendly..... Good breakfast...... Several swimming pools.... Kids pool is very beautiful... They have beautiful spa.... Sauna, steam..... View to sea is awesome.... Beaches are left with many trashes, rubbish... Other wise water is crystal clear, white sands....

We stayed here for 1 night and it was excellent. We stayed in the deluxe king room with a great sea view. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner here and all the meals were delicious. The staff were very attentive and friendly also. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting outside of nha trang as it gets you away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel is also very close to the airport which is convenient for those travelling to and from the airport.

Good place, with comfortable living. But there is no soul. Staff is just doing their work, no more. The service can be better. Was a bit disappointed, when I just mentioned that my boyfriend is having bday today and we went to celebrate it in your hotel, the hostess just laughed and said something “ don’t worry, we will check in you on time”. It will be great the staff will be more caring about guest’s birthdays and will give some compliment.

Was a nice experience, but I would say this hotel needs to fix windows, and also I would add more activities for the full board. Food is good, but why full board dinner and lunch doesn’t include any drinks but water?
