Amiana Resort Cam Ranh

I have already described in the last review my son and I's experience of staying on the coast of Nha Trang - it was not like a vacation. More like a business trip... very crowded, noisy. Arriving at the Amiana Hotel in Cam Ranh - I was looking forward to a quiet holiday, just like I wanted. Everything was great during the day. They checked us into a room. We booked a room with a sea view, the room was ready a little before check-in time. The room itself is fine, there is even a pillow menu. On the balcony there are chairs with ottomans for your feet - you can comfortably admire the sea! BUT at 8 pm - a surprise! The animation starts in the neighboring hotel - to say that it feels like they are on my balcony is to say nothing .. and the animation with elements of karaoke from the guests is brutal! I go to the reception. Allegedly all the rooms are occupied, come tomorrow .. and we do not guarantee that you will not hear noise in other rooms. In the lobby and on the street from the pool side - absolute silence, not a sound can be heard. But in the side room - horror. Keep this in mind. Our room was 6616. The animation starts from 20-22, I decided to survive, I will sit in the lobby - to wait, since I am too lazy to carry already unpacked things. But an unpleasant aftertaste remained. Now a few words about the hotel. Upon check-in, a compliment - fruits, a mini-bar filled at one time (a couple of beers, cola, sprite and a couple of bottles of water) + two extra waters (which are replenished every day) a set of tea / coffee We had breakfasts and dinners. The choice of dishes is generally not bad. I will only note the chef's inability to cook seafood. The fish is overdried, the octopus and squid are rubber; forgive me ... For lunch, you can have a snack by the pool. Pizza, pasta, burger - prices are about 900-1000 rubles. Drinks - water about 200 rubles, lemonade - 400, alcoholic cocktails - about 600 rubles. There is nothing nearby. It seems there is a store - about 1.5 km from the hotel. You can walk along the beach to a cafe and a kind of surfing school with a bar. During our stay there were waves and low tides. Overall, I recommend the hotel! The staff is very friendly. The rooms are comfortable. The public interiors are beautiful.

The noise issue was not as big as I thought because construction was underway. I was satisfied with both breakfast and dinner. The staff at the beach were especially kind to the children^^

It was a very enjoyable trip. I want to come again next time. I made a lot of good memories. I hope many other people come too^^

Excellent hotel, absolutely new. Beautiful territory with huge swimming pools. They upgraded the room as a gift. The room is modern and stylish, a large bathtub and even bath salts. Slippers, a beach hat, a beach bag, robes are in the room.

Initially, it was stated that the hotel would open in 2025. This was decisive when booking. But ... ALAS The hotel is absolutely not new, the renovation is not finished, but the hotel actively accepted guests who were not able to fully use the services they paid for, moreover, during their stay they drilled, swept, and painted everywhere. 2 bars by the pool are not working, the playground is only in the process of opening. Not all booked rooms were ready, we waited 4 hours for check-in, and eventually they checked us into a Family Themed Suite, with a sea view, 120 sq.m., instead of a Special Family Themed Suite, with a sea view (2 bedrooms), 165 sq.m., which was $ 320 cheaper when booking. The rooms are cleaned disgustingly. The service is a 3. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone in the near future.
