I WhatsApp the butler which was Ann communicating with her for buggy ride from Villa and vice versa , breakfast , villa was nice , beach was sandy with clear sea water . We were able to eat outside the villa by taking grand out . Overall a happy stay

In my opinion, I would like to share my truly experiences from the villa. The villa was extremely dirtying and taking immensely long time to be able to get in that tiny villa. On the other hand, bathrooms were also really messy despite I have to wait for a long time to get in there because the cleaners said so. Finally, the bedrooms are not done yet after they cleaned it. The blanks, pillows are likely old and are still not clean. In summary, this Lumina villa was the worst trip that I ever have in my life. Bad service!

It was a good experience. It is close to Cam Ranh Airport, but it is a bit far from the city center, but it is hard to find this quality at this price. I hope it will always be the same. I will definitely go back every time I visit Nha Trang. It is a resort with the best pool and facilities. I recommend it^^

This is Luminavillilla (Wyndham Garden Resort) with good value for money. If you need anything, you can contact the butler via KakaoTalk and he will respond right away, which is convenient. The facilities are just as good as the pictures. The private pool and public pool were both great. The poolside bar and hamburger are delicious. I added breakfast when I checked in and was very satisfied. It's a great place for rice noodles. However, there was one thing that was the worst. The sink had a foul smell of rotten sewage. I contacted the butler and had an employee come and take care of it, but it only got a little better, and in the end, I was with the faint smell of sewage for the entire 2 nights and 3 days. If only this could be improved, I would go back to this place with my baby.

The family spent 2 nights at the villa very happily. Beautiful villa, fully equipped and comfortable, with an additional play area on the 4th floor for adults and children, in addition to the infinity pool, there is also a beautiful beach, friendly and attentive staff, very good service. 😊

It seemed like only a few were operating in the large resort, and you can call a buggy to get around, but when I asked for a buggy, they didn't send it at the time I told them (I told them it was 9pm, but they sent it at 7pm, or something like that). And when using the infinity pool, they didn't provide towels, so they charged for each towel, but when I confidently went and took one, they didn't say anything and just let me use it. There were air inflatables, balls, and other devices in the infinity pool, but the person in charge, Anne, didn't even know about that, so I was embarrassed. Everything else was good, the room was spacious, close to the private beach, you could just walk around without a buggy, there was a washing machine, so it was convenient, and the breakfast and other food were not bad. However, if you stay for a long time, the room service menu is limited and doesn't change, so you might get tired of it, and in that case, you can just have food delivered, so it's not bad.

It was so good. It was like a resort in Wyndham and a personal host managed it and the location was between the beach and the lobby, so it was good for walking around and when I had to get food delivered, I had to go to the security**t main gate so I called a buggy and moved around.

The apartment is fully equipped with luxurious amenities and is very suitable for families going on vacation to change the atmosphere. Lumina's service quality is very good

The beach is very good, but there is no choice of places to eat.

Booked a villa with sea view and private pool for my family. No sea view was provided. Private pool water was all murky and we were unable to use the private pool. Owner did nothing to resolve the issue. We ended up checking out earlier without getting any refund. Extremely standoffish and unhelpful owner. Total waste of money.

Unfortunately, what should have been a great experience in a relaxing seaside resort was tainted by an act of petty theft on the day we arrived. Amounts of money in $AUD were stolen from purses of my wife and daughter and from my wallet while briefly unattended most likely in our villa. We raised the matter several times with our assigned “butler” and he claimed to have inspected CCTV footage and found nothing of interest. There is a very complex relationship between Lumina and Wyndham Gardens in which their villas are situated. When we requested they inspect CCTV footage at Wyndham reception they told us they couldn’t because “Wyndham was nothing to do with them”. Lumina do not provide safes in their rooms so be warned! Needless to say, we are very disappointed about this experience at Lumina as it left us with a very uneasy feeling when we should have been enjoying a relaxing holiday. Lumina management have been less than supportive of our claims and almost accusing us of having mishandled our money. They have not provided even so little as an apology let alone any offer of compensation. This is our third trip to Vietnam, a country we are very fond of. We admire the integrity and hospitality of the Vietnamese people and this experience is certainly not typical. However on the basis of our experience I could not recommend Lumina Villas to any fellow travellers.

The villa is luxuriously designed, the rooms are clean, we went with 6 adults and chose a standard 3-bedroom villa, everything we experienced here was very good from the staff who were all happy and enthusiastic, supported and provided the best services for us, if we have time, my friends and I will come back here.

The host was really kind to give us the best deal when coming to this wonderful resort. The beach is beautiful, clear blue and the villa is lovely with full facilities for the family. The butler was very supportive, we will definitely come back in the future!
