Came here on a last minute break with my partner and cannot fault it, we only booked 13 days before arriving so didn’t have time to look it up much but we were pleasantly surprised. Hotel is a fairly small and quiet hotel but perfect for us, everyone was so friendly. The entertainment was great, Gabriel was fabulous, always walking round greeting people and playing games. The only slight negative I would give is that there is not much variety in the restaurant so you could struggle if a picky eater, having said that, I always managed to eat and I am not the best eater there is. We would definitely come back, it is a family hotel although we didn’t see many children whilst we were here. Sad to be leaving (I write this as we wait for our transfer to the airport 😢)

Really fab hotel, made my birthday super special with prosecco in the room and personalised message. So many great things to say but mainly the staff were so friendly. Would definitely return again. A great place to spend time in beautiful weather.

Lovely short stay with boyfriend! Venue was lovely and private I felt very comfortable and safe.We also got upgraded to a luxury suite which was surprising but very appreciated! Many thanks to entertainer Gabriel for making us feel very included and welcomed! Food was lovely, wish there was slightly more options however apart from that amazing stay! Would come back again , feels like home

This hotel is perfectly situated next to the beach and near shops, restaurants and bars. The rooms are nice and comfortable, powerful showers, good air con, and comfortable beds. The pool area is clean and peaceful. It's a shame the guests reserve sunbeds and leave them unused! Breakfast and lunch are fab, dinner is not so great, and more choices are needed. San Miguel and very nice Sangria included in AI. The staff are the stars. Reception staff are knowledgeable and efficient, housekeeping are so friendly. Restaurant and bar staff are hardworking, and Gabriel is a great ambassador for the hotel and brand. Past negative reviews seem very unfair to me based on my experience. All in all, it's a very peaceful, well ran hotel.

Beautiful hotel.spotlessly clean..great location..all the staff so nice and friendly and helpful in everyway 😁 went allinclusive and no problems.our room was on 3rd floor and beds were so comfy .can t remember our cleaners name think was gerda or gerdi she was so nice and our room was always spotless...and also a shout out to muhammad at the bar he was lovely.. always smiling and doing a good job.. thank fergus bermudas 🥳😁🥳

2nd stay and certainly won't be our last,,, stayed here 4 years ago and we loved it and it was perfect for us,, came back for 10 night stay, everything still the same from cleaning of the room every day and staff are all lovely and friendly, now the food I think personally has changed a bit,, not much of selection and if ya picky you might struggle, but food was always fresh and hot,, would it put me off coming again no, we will be booking as soon as we get back,, thanks again Fergus Bermudas 💜💜

the entertainment was brilliant! Daniela was so good and she was so energetic and her energy was electric! :) so inspiring and confident, everyone was having the best time!!
