Lovely staff, great pools. We stayed for a week in Magnus side. The magnus pool was great, we were close enough and our room was nice. My only complaint regarding the room would be that the door would often stick and needed a good shove to close, however this didn't impact our accommodation. We did have ants at one point, however this was towards the end of our stay. The room itself was large and spacious, with a large balcony and decent space within bathroom. Toiletries supplied by hotel. We explored the resort and did notice that the ground is not flat, however, this didn't impact us on our stay. It may be of note to those who are disabled. The pools are very cold, none are heated in April. This meant that as the weather wasn't the best we didn't do as much swimming, which definitely is the hotels best form of entertainment/facilities. On a lovely warm day, you will be entertained for hours. The bars were moving quickly, and there is always one nearby. There is a cocktail of the day and most common drinks are available. Hot drinks and soft drinks also available on all inclusive. We had no issues getting a sun lounger at any point during our stay. We didn't enjoy the food as it was often very cold, however we went out to eat in peguera. I wouldn't recommend the food, but the drinks were great. Snack bar was good during the day, but again, it was very cold, especially on magnus side. Food was often cold when it was brought out (fresh trays). I did find the entertainment to be ok in the evening, however daytime entertainment and activities could be improved. All staff in the resort are very professional, smart and of a high standard. They all spoke English very well and would go out of their way to help or accommodate guests. The biggest assets to this hotel are the water park pool, magnus swimming facilities and the staff. Well done staff!

We were just returning from 10 days at this hotel. We are a family of 10 with ages from 9 to 63. The hotel is clean and tidy. Family rooms are spacious with enough wardrobe space. Rooms for couples are a little smaller with not too much wardrobe space. The food choice was excellent, varied daily, and something for everyone. The pools and surrounding areas are clean and tidy, with plenty of sunloungers. Pool is very cold, but once you're in, it's fine. Our kids were in it all day long. Bars have plenty of choice of drinks, with daily cocktails/mocktails of the day. Lots of daytime activities if you wanted to join in. The evening entertainment was quite short and not much space to sit outside for the entertainment. Lidl is only a 5 minute wall from the hotel, and there is a free bus to the beach/town every 30 minutes except on a Saturday. The only negative we have of this hotel is that it is built on a hill. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone with mobility issues as there are just too many steep hills. All in all we had a fantastic holiday

We visited August 2024 , family with 4 children grandparent also came . Children ages 7,9,11,15 . There was so much for us all at this hotel . We did upgrade to Magnus and glad we did as we found the other restaurant very busy . Our rooms were immaculate we had pool view . Minibar was re stocked daily with fresh bottles of water and rooms cleaned daily . Pools were clean and water was warm (this was probably due to the 32 degree heat of August). The pool with the slides was great for children and adults and they allowed adults to take children down on laps . There is a kids club we didn’t use it however my boys did use the gaming room for half hour too cool down , they had Xbox ps5 switch in air conditioned room great too cool off . Food was great lots of options different themes snack bar had lots of options pizza pasta burgers chicken nuggets salad self serve drinks . Honestly we all found lots we enjoyed . Ice cream also . Entertained was good although we often went for evening walks down to the town . This is 10mins always strolling . There’s a free bus to the beach and back several times a day. There’s two play parks in the hotel a launderette, honestly there’s everything you could need and more for a fantastic family holiday .

We booked for a Magnus suite with rooftop hot tub for a long weekend as a family of 4. The rooms were clean and simple, tiled throughout. It was spacious for us all without tripping over each other. The Magnus pool was busy without being overcrowded, only thing to note was the opening hours were from 1000-1800 (as was the pool bar). The rooftop terrace was brilliant in the evening, but you had to walk to the main complex for any drinks in the evening. The all inclusive offer was good for breakfast, lunch was limited but dinner was good. The only thing to be wary of is that it is a limited selection for a vegetarian as most of the salads had meat or fish in them. The staff were lovely and housekeeping did a cracking job. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the beach, downhill. It was also 5 minute walk to the bus stop into Palma. Would definitely recommend this hotel and the Magnus option.

Booked this hotel a week before half term, you go away during half term. It was the cheapest option in majorca with all inclusive when I booked. The hotel itself and the staff, were great. The rooms, outdoor areas, pools etc are very well looked after and there was never any mess. Staff in the food hall were fantastic, always well mannered and were quick to remove items from the table. Food itself wasnt 5 star restaurant wow quality, but there was always something to eat. I often found myself having the fresh chicken/fish from the grille with veg and a pasta/potato/ rice option. Puddings were very good and couldn't fault them at all. The snack bar in the day was a letdown as it was just the same kind of food everyday, burger, pizza, chips, pasta and salad. But I found myself often so full from lunch that I didnt actually go to the snack bar. Drinks are 1 or 2 types of cocktails per day only, 1 mocktail too. Bar staff sadly are very busy, with just 2 staff, sometimes 1 working on each bar queues can become large. The room itself had a great location, lower floor, I wasnt a fan of the door being a large patio door but thats just my preference tbh. Walls are quite thin, so you can hear others whilst they are moving around if you are unlucky. Room was fine for our needs, the shower has very high pressure and was like a massage, very good 👍 The online gym had enough to get a reasonable workout in there, no treadmill but does have a bike and a rower. The entertainment was very hit and miss, most of the daytime activities are aimed at adults, and the evening entertainment was quite poor. The kids disco was the same music every night with different staff doing it. Some staff great, others.. struggled. They do outsource some entertainment for the shows after the disco, and again hit and miss. The magician was the best of our week there. The kids club i didnt use as my child is 13, he enjoyed the games room with the ps5's in where he could play fifa against others, he enjoyed the food and the relaxing but perhaps found himself a little bored near the end as everything is either aimed at under12, or adults. Location is on top of a small gradient hill, 5 mins walk from lidl and the shops. The beach in perguera is absolutely amazing and is a must visit! 20 euro to hire the parasol and 2 sun loungers with a little keypad safe to keep phones etc secure whilst you go in the sea. Overall, if you are going as a cheap/average price holiday, its great. Wouldnt recommend for 13-17 year olds if im honest as they maybe a bit bored. If I was paying a few thousand pounds for a week, id be a little dissapointed.

Firstly, check in was very smooth as we were magnus guests. Room wasn't ready till 3pm but we had full access to all amenities. Travelling as a family of three with a teenager. Room - very spacious and clean. 2 single beds pushed together to make a double which I think could be better and one was very squeaky and more uncomfortable than the other. Bathroom had numerous chips on the tiles and grout was very dirty looking. As this was ground floor with open access to the public pathway the doorway and outside sitting area was filthy and covered in ants I did report this to reception numerous times. Food and drinks - food was good in my opinion was always something to eat. Food very cold in magnus restaurant which resulted us walking to main fergus to eat each time. Drinks were your basic a/i drinks with only one kind of alcoholic cocktail each day and with all inclusive drinks finishing at 11 you had a que full of guests ordering numerous amounts of drinks at the same time near the end of the night. Pools - we only stayed at magnus pool but with lifeguards strict on balls and inflatables in the pool left my 13 year old very bored during the day. Overall with a few tweaks this would be a fabulous hotel I'd say for more younger children than teens. Staff I dealt with were very attentive and adam jet 2 rep was very helpful and kind with my son. I did eventually upgrade and pay to go to the fergus waterpark but for no reason other than my son would prefer slides and a more lively pool to play in.

Do not stay here if you have food allergies. The food labels are often missing or incomplete. The choice of food is great for those who can eat anything. There are two restaurants and a snack bar. The main restaurant is slightly better with signs but the smaller restaurant and snack bar have no allergy info signs and the staff cannot answer questions on the food to help.
