Booked this hotel a week before half term, you go away during half term. It was the cheapest option in majorca with all inclusive when I booked. The hotel itself and the staff, were great. The rooms, outdoor areas, pools etc are very well looked after and there was never any mess. Staff in the food hall were fantastic, always well mannered and were quick to remove items from the table. Food itself wasnt 5 star restaurant wow quality, but there was always something to eat. I often found myself having the fresh chicken/fish from the grille with veg and a pasta/potato/ rice option. Puddings were very good and couldn't fault them at all. The snack bar in the day was a letdown as it was just the same kind of food everyday, burger, pizza, chips, pasta and salad. But I found myself often so full from lunch that I didnt actually go to the snack bar. Drinks are 1 or 2 types of cocktails per day only, 1 mocktail too. Bar staff sadly are very busy, with just 2 staff, sometimes 1 working on each bar queues can become large. The room itself had a great location, lower floor, I wasnt a fan of the door being a large patio door but thats just my preference tbh. Walls are quite thin, so you can hear others whilst they are moving around if you are unlucky. Room was fine for our needs, the shower has very high pressure and was like a massage, very good 👍 The online gym had enough to get a reasonable workout in there, no treadmill but does have a bike and a rower. The entertainment was very hit and miss, most of the daytime activities are aimed at adults, and the evening entertainment was quite poor. The kids disco was the same music every night with different staff doing it. Some staff great, others.. struggled. They do outsource some entertainment for the shows after the disco, and again hit and miss. The magician was the best of our week there. The kids club i didnt use as my child is 13, he enjoyed the games room with the ps5's in where he could play fifa against others, he enjoyed the food and the relaxing but perhaps found himself a little bored near the end as everything is either aimed at under12, or adults. Location is on top of a small gradient hill, 5 mins walk from lidl and the shops. The beach in perguera is absolutely amazing and is a must visit! 20 euro to hire the parasol and 2 sun loungers with a little keypad safe to keep phones etc secure whilst you go in the sea. Overall, if you are going as a cheap/average price holiday, its great. Wouldnt recommend for 13-17 year olds if im honest as they maybe a bit bored. If I was paying a few thousand pounds for a week, id be a little dissapointed.
