Our 7th stay here in 3 years and once again I have to say I can’t fault it. The staff are polite and friendly nothing is too much trouble for them. Always greeted with a friendly hola each morning. Drinks are reasonably priced although happy hour is now 1 hour instead of 2 and a change in the menu has been made at the snack bar Sadly we go home tomorrow :( but hoping to be back very soon

Wonderful hotel,very helpful and friendly staff,rooms cleaned everyday, lovely pool area and family entertainment in the evening. Lovely breakfast food. Five minutes walkto the beach,lots of local amenities and great bus service to get around Majorca. Highly recommended for families.

Lovely apartments - spotlessly clean, well equipped and spacious. Pool area well maintained and plenty of beds. We were very lucky to get the sun on the balcony all afternoon. Great location - 5 mins from the beach, handy for restaurants and supermarkets. Friendly staff too. There were no issues in regard to noise from the evening entertainment.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff and location is fab … steps across the road will take you on to the beach front . We paid for breakfast €14. 00 each for all u can eat… we found it cold and sausages and Eggs were just about cooked only did it the once chose to eat elsewhere for breakfast. Pool bar did lovely food and mojito’s were lovely . Would book again if price was right. Ask for ground floor if mobility is limited as no lift.

Absolutely amazing place and staff are really helpful and friendly everywhere was very clean and rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels also we love every minute of our holiday there and would definitely go back again and everything you could ask for out of the hotel is just a few minutes stroll away.

Hotel complex is lovely and the staff are wonderful. Very helpful when needed. We stayed last year and returned again. Last time I gave a 4 star review but this time just a 3. This time around it was hard to get a seat at the pool, people leave their towels on seats from 6am I heard. The biggest thing that put me off this year was that this is a smoking complex. People smoke everywhere and at the kids disco our 1st night we noticed this when a family sat right at the side to watch the show. 3 of them were smokers and one woman who kept a feg lit permanently even if not smoking it smoked out the whole place. Yes it was an outdoor event but when my 2 girls started coughing I got them out of the kids club and went back to rhe room. We didnt use kids club again as the smokers were allowed to smoke wherever they wanted and gave 0 fuks about the kids who breathed it in. That put us off so unfortunately we will choose a non smoking place next year. Shame as this place is lovely, very clean and a lot of money just been spent renovating the pool areas which is great.

Lovely place, good apartment, sun beds available anytime of day. On the edge of PalmaNova/ Magaluf. Not noisy when we were there. Local Aldi round the corner. Food at bar was lovely. My only complaint was that it cost 7.30 Euros for 2 coke zeros at the bar. We could buy a 2 litre bottle in Aldi (real Coke Zero) for 1.99 Euros and got 7 glasses from it saving us about 20 Euros a day as we topped up our own glasses from our apartment.

Hotel was fantastic spot on location. Friendly staff and very clean . rooms where very good especially for self catering , we where bed and breakfast and was lovely . beds very comfortable Entertainment was great especially taking part in the line dancing 10/10 in my eyes loved it and will be back

Ground floor apartment was great, amenities brill, very safe and secure hotel, value and bar prices excellent, pool is brilliant, service and staff where excellent, the cleaner of our room was lovely she couldn't do enough for us the room and towels every day if we wanted them, absolutely brilliant place to stay for families.
