Amazing Hotel, Very welcoming staff. Room are small especially the shower but can’t let this spoil the rest of the hotel. Breakfast choice and quality was one of the best for a buffet offering.

The location is good and the breakfast are wonderful, but reception with long hair the lady is very nice except the one who on duty on 29/6 evening and night time the lady with short one length she is very cool and stern , no smiling and no warm welcome.

I stayed at Santa Ponsa Pins Hotel and appreciated its quiet location just a short walk from the beach and local amenities. The room was clean and functional, with air conditioning, a private balcony, and reliable Wi-Fi. The overall cleanliness throughout the hotel was good, which made for a comfortable stay. However, there were a few disappointments. The breakfast room staff felt less than welcoming, which detracted from the morning experience. More importantly, not all areas of the hotel were accessible for my wheelchair-using companion. This created unnecessary limitations and made parts of the stay more challenging than expected. Santa Ponsa Pins has potential as a peaceful, budget-friendly base in Majorca, but it would benefit from improved staff hospitality and more inclusive accessibility features to better serve all guests.
