good first (European) line, public beach, umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach for a fee plow towels - with a deposit of 10 Euro The main contingent is German pensioners The main restaurant struggles to cope with the hotel's high occupancy The staff is friendly, polite and courteous. Public street parking - tight, but there's always a spot The room requires renovation, the plumbing is not up to par

It is a very old hotel, rooms smell very bad and when you report this to reception you are told it is normal, we cannot do anything about it, you paid €140 per night and that is a lite room? And I'll spare you the rest, in short, just an old, dirty hotel.

We had a fab time @Vibra Beverly Payer, myself and my fiancée with our 9 yr old daughter stayed here in Aug 2023. To be honest I wasn't overly looking forward to this holiday, I'm a nervous flyer, have travel anxiety and the reviews were not great but I have to say it was one of the best holidays I have had, in fact I have just re booked for 8 days in 3 weeks time. There is some truth in a few of the negative reviews but I really think it is important to do your research and choose your hotel to the experience and standard you require. Do not complaint that your room didn't have a balcony or view when you booked a room with no balcony or view. I have listed below a honest and truthful overview of this hotel. 1. The Staff..... are amazing. Most speak English (their badges show what languages they speak) and if they do not they can use google translate. The are friendly and hardworking. We had a great time with the 2 girls on the entertainment team Tami and Yeimy and my daughter thought they were great. Reception was a godsend, there where 3 staff at reception, a young guy (age19) ang a girl who came from the island who spotted me making a massive mistake booking a tourist attention in a different Palma lol. They have lots of local knowledge 2. The Drinks. This is a typical all inclusive, Branded soft drinks are great (Coke/Sprit etc). Alcoholic brands are a little on the cheap side but I honestly do not understand what people expect???? . the only thing they didn't have which I would have expected is fresh orange juice in the morning (its like cordial). You do have to have a plastic cup but this means no glasses by the pool and there is no plastic or glasses left anywhere so the place stays clean. There are some negative reviews in regards to people no being able to exchange there plastics when they want to leave the hotel into tokens, this sometimes happens at peak times but you can just leave you plastic cup in your room, I have no ideal why this is such a big deal. 3. Food. Typical Spanish all inclusive, If your looking for a traditionally English breakfast this isn't the hotel for you, It has a Spanish variation but it has a fresh egg stand cooked to order, fresh fruit, cereals and pastry's . Lunch and Dinner have loads of options and here is a snack bar with nuggets, burgers ETC. 4. Location. Its 5 steps from the beach and 20 steps from the shops however note...this is not Magaluf. If you are looking for nightclubs they are about 15-20 mins in a taxi. by 12:30 almost all nightlife had closed which being so central is a good thing if you have children. It 25 mins in a taxi from the airport @ 50 euros. 5. Too many Germanys???. People who make this as a comment are stupid. First of all this is not England so why the British expect there to be a large amount of English people is beyond me. There is a mixture of nationality's, British, German, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese. There is a high proportion of German guests

Just got back from a 10 day stay. There was so many young adults around the whole time we were there and didn't seem to be supervised. Meal times reminded me of school dinner Hall as it was so loud and there was about 60 of them making so much noise outside my room until 4 am. Rooms where ok but we had sand on our floor from day one until we left. I wish I had a broom. Good choice of food and always something different but a little bland . All inclusive drinks were ok good quality beer. Would I stay again maybe but for a short break only. The whole resort is geared up for Germans.

Vibes Really nice hotel but I wouldn’t call it 4 stars. Possibly a really good 3 star hotel. We went when there was a big young adults event going on but that didn’t bother us too much at all. The hotel could do with a better lift system. Slow and small. The room was not immaculately cleaned, even on our first day there was still drink ring stains on the bedside table. On our second day our floor wasn’t even cleaned it didn’t bother us too much as we was only staying 2 nights there. The food was okay, we really enjoyed the foot on our first night with lots to choose from but some food was bland. I think I enjoyed the breakfast the most. The staff were very friendly. Not much option for non-alcoholic drinks. There was one or two staff who were really rude, but most staff were delightful - especially Hugo who was really helpful, amongst a few others. The location was great, right on the beach where we spent most of our time. Fridge in bedroom was really handy Lots of restaurants and shops near by. Would stay here again for the location.

Great location. Rooms basic and other than 6 coat hangers each there is no draws for your clothes. Food was ok, nothing exceptional but you could always find something to eat. We went all inclusive - drinks, well if you don’t mind drinking out of plastic and not just for the pool - which is understandable. Drinks are cheap - cocktails out of a machine and nothing like the real ones. Wine - very cheap! We have been here for 7 nights so far and haven’t had a good nights sleep yet. Various groups of kids / 18 yr olds. Very loud and not supervised. Extremely noisy especially through the night. Peguera is a beautiful place, highly recommend it. Very disappointed that the hotel was spoilt by having all these kids/ young adults. They should have shut the hotel to accommodate them or atleast worn the rest of us. Would I come again - not to this hotel, yes to Peguera.

So disappointed with the hotel, we paid so much and everything was bad. Stuff are rude, food is limited and disgusting and there are no options for vegan, I have to go 2-3 times a day to the reception to sort out my key as every time I it gets locked every time. They don’t do a proper clean for the room. The staff are so rude to people who speak English. No entertainment and they use cheap alcohol for all-inclusive.

The hotel location is right on the beach, in a quiet area and very close to everything you would want. The breakfast buffet is really pretty good, the pools seem clean, and they seem to have really made an effort with the decor and feel of the hotel and its surroundings. However, this is such a noisy hotel! The disco or whatever entertainment is on echoes right up the stairwell and straight into the rooms, and the rooms have pretty thin walls/doors so the cleaners and other guests are very loud. Even with earplugs I could hear all these things.

Wouldn't discount a repeat visit. Beautiful area with beach on doorstep and overall a pleasant town but not loud or social with exception of lovely array of restaurants. Hotel spotless in all areas and very attentive staff. Room perfectly serviceable, quite modern. Restaurant is not fine dining and outside area huge but ruined by diving gulls at uncleared tables. Not much in evening entertainment but animation team appeared to work tirelessly. Not a great deal for kids in the area that i could see.
