Hotel Saint Christophe

The dream location of this hotel attracted us there. The rooms are quite small, but well kept. The swimming pool facing the citadel is very pleasant, but deserves more maintenance (foot bath filled with dirty water, beach not frequently cleaned as well as the deckchairs which suffer from bird droppings). The breakfast buffet (€17) is quite minimalist, but sufficient for us. Certain rules in the hotel disconcerted us because they had never been seen elsewhere: - When booking, 50% of the total amount is debited. - At check-in, a deposit of €300 is charged (we were unable to find out what this deposit was for). - It is forbidden to put anything in the mini bar, even your bottle of water to refresh it, under penalty of €15 in fridge cleaning costs. -Upon arrival, 2 coffee pods and 2 tea pods are "free", however, the following ones are charged €1.80 each. Furthermore, we advise you to check your invoice carefully, because on ours, many "errors", to our disadvantage, have been detected. These pettiness spoils a little the good general impression we have of this establishment, which deserves a more "commercial" policy.

Excellent hotel. Spacious room overlooking the sea, attentive and very pleasant staff. Very generous breakfast. The hotel allows you to be close to the tourist center while remaining calm facing the citadel and the sea. Ideal !! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to combine calm and excitement 👍

Came with a group as part of a grand tour of Corsica. This unpleasant feeling of being a sub-customer, a low-cost customer. A canteen menu in the restaurant. A scene worthy of a bad movie: in lack of a table for our group of 50 people, the employees hastened to remove in front of our eyes the tablecloth from a table set up to install the people in our group. Tablecloths are not for us. (But maybe it was for the sake of fairness! :/. A minimalist breakfast service. Definitely we are not treated like the others, apart from, parked and squeezed in a part of the restaurant room with installation cutlery in staggered rows to save space) Billing of a supplement of 6€ for a person who had been to use charcuterie at 'real' customers. I believe that if the hotel had 'low-end' rooms they would have been reserved for us!!! Just a reminder. Even though we came with a group. We are potential future customers. Treating us like this doesn't make us want to come back. But as long as the hotel is filled with groups... He won't need 'real' customers.

Très bel hôtel avec un emplacement idéal, proche du port pour visiter Calvi et ses environs. Vue sur la citadelle, la piscine et la mer en même temps. Personnel très sympathique et au petit soins. Le petit déjeuné buffet est excellent. La qualité des chambres et très bonne. Un beau séjour dans cet hôtel.
