Résidence très bien placée dans la pinede. Étendant résidence e très vieillotte. Logement pas rénové pas vraiment sale mais pas agréable. Les murs extérieurs recouvert de traces d humidité ce qui fait ressentir l humidité à l intérieur. Piscine très bien. Manque un meuble dans la salle de bain our poser les affaires. Cabine douche fermée par un vieux rideau de douche

Le meilleur compromis de Calvi entre mer et piscine. Au milieu des eucalyptus, à 200m de la mer, d'un club de plongée et de la plus belle paillote de Calvi. Les appartements ne sont pas très modernes mais ils sont fonctionnels et la piscine est bien entretenue avec de confortables transats. Tout ce qui pourrait vous manquer, tant au niveau équipement que conseil, vous sera fourni gracieusement par Robert et Christine, le couple fantastique qui gère la résidence. Leur personnalité et leur sympathie vous font oublier les quelques défauts des appartements.

Super vacances à la résidence thalassa très propre personnel plus que sympathique tout était parfait je ne comprends pas les vacanciers qui critiquent on vient pas en vacances pour passer sa vie enfermée dans la résidence. Proche mer piscine au top je recommande merci pour tout

Je mets 3 étoiles car niveau emplacement il n'y a rien à dire, car accès à la plage en 5 minutes à pieds + accueil sympathique. Par contre, le prix est complètement démesuré vu la prestation proposée. Les logements sont plus que vétustes, le confort y est minime. Vu la qualité médiocre des équipements / linge proposés la nuit ne devrait pas excéder les 80 euros.

Residence nella pineta di Calví, posizione buona, proprietario gentilissimo, bella piscina e..... bidet nel bagno !! ....ma qui terminano gli aspetti positivi, struttura piuttosto vecchiotta, mobilio della camera antiquato, letti scomodi e pulizia a dir poco approssimativa (ragnatele ovunque), pareti assolutamente da ripitturare, odore di chiuso persistente e piatto doccia con tendina di plastica anni '80 che farci la doccia diventava un'impresa Peccato, perché se adeguatamente mantenuto, rinnovato e curato, sarebbe davvero una buona soluzione.... com'é ora non ci ritornerei, una volta é abbastanza. E' vero che il prezzo considerando la media locale non é esagerato, ma la struttura ci ha comunque deluso. In ogni caso, ribadisco l'estrema gentilezza ed educazione del proprietario, persona davvero squisita e disponibile.

Certes les logements sont 1 peu vieillissants mais quelle importance c est propre le proncipal pour ma part et la literie est très confortable la piscine est chouette et il y a suffisamment de parasols et de chaises longues et c est très très calme plage tout à côté et Calvi à pieds à environ 3 kms Séjour parfait trop court!!
