Online info a bit misleading. Suggest you check around.
Staff member that checked us in obliged with our request to see a room before committing to stay. Room had a terrible odor from smoking. We found second room we looked at acceptable.
Hotel could use a facelift, a bit outdated.
Breakfast offerings were minimal

Not very clean. Bed covers had cigarette burns. The lady who did check in and out was very nice and made the check in and out process very easy and quick.

Air conditioning did not work . We had to repack and change rooms. It took about an hour for new room to get down to comfortable temp.
TV did not work properly- it was stuck on wrong HDMI channel. Had to unplug/plug all connections. In morning it worked

We booked our rooms on Hotel.com and when we arrived we were told that they didn't have any rooms. They need to get their communications cleared up.

Room wasnt clean. Shower head was not high enough on the wall. The room wan not very clean.

no bugs, quiet, comfortable bed but everything in the room was very damp to the touch, and same in the morning, also room had unfinished drywall repair on every wall, needed painting, pool was closed for repair, breakfast was bare minimal, only had the coffee which was ok. For one night it was barely acceptable

Really disappointed we couldn’t get ground floor! We are old and can’t get around too good!! Stayed here before and was pleased! This trip, we had to climb stairs and room was poor at best! Beds were not comfortable,a/c was noisy and very dark in room! We only stayed because we booked 3rd party and couldn’t get a refund! Great young lady at front desk!

It was great but there were roaches and spiders I left at 430 am to be to work they wasn’t in the lobby when I returned my key I did get a picture of the spider in the bed I really would like a refund credited to my one key

Nobody was in the staff area when I arrived. The Hotel did not seem well maintained. It also seemed to be populated strictly by locals that had fallen on hard times. We were given a key to a room. When we went up to the room and unlocked the door it was occupied by a couple of half dressed people. I quickly shut the door. I went downstairs and told the staff that people were already in the room. Another staff member arrived and they bickered about whether somebody was still supposed to be in the room or not. The Motel had no more 2 bedroom rooms. They were unapologetic about the situation and just said contact ******* for a refund. Very dissatisfying experience.
