Room a bit dated. Reception staff not very welcoming. Breakfast only as pick-up from the lobby. The pool and the outside hotel area are very nice to relax. Location is great to visit Silicon Valley and Stanford University.

The hotel is overall acceptable. Inside the room, it is clean and spacious. But customer service is pretty bad. They also charge additional fees beyond the booking cost on Trip.com. The gym is super old and small.

Not much in terms of location, just need to get access to the uni and at the right rate. Breakfast is a bit boring, self-service pre-made coffee and just some muffins. They should have specified this on the breakfast choice limitation so ppl won't expect too much or has a clear choice if they would go for breakfast package etc.

Excellent environment and service is good with a little market in front of check in lobby very convenient

Average, very dark room in an old wing on the ground floor (not renovated, or at least not recently).
Friendly welcome at check-in, choice of room offered (level).
Basic breakfast (little choice) presented in the reception area (too small). Fortunately,
there is an outdoor patio and, above all, the weather is nice.
No water pressure and no flow at the sink.
Unacceptable: it's a steal: $17.50 charged extra without any explanation.
Invoice wording: "Amenity Fee" even though we arrived in the evening at 7 p.m. and left at 9 a.m. the next morning without having used any services in addition to the room already paid for on Trip.com (see last photo).
