Excelent hotel to stay, the price/benefit ratio is a MAX, compared to several others around, The Quality, Service, Friendliness, attention to details, the food !!! The Chef is one of the best around (I visited more than 20 rest in 3 months), and convenient / safe location...Is just a supper choice to stay. The gym can improve, and the rooms just need a little touch, but are very spacious, good quality, and very confortable.

I live in Cali, Colombia. I used to work for the UN so I have traveled to over 140 countries and stayed in many hotels. A friend and I decided to go to the Marriot for breakfast, It was the most awful experience of our lives. We arrived and I asked if they had baguette bread. They said they did and would heated for me. it took 1 !/2 hours to get it. I asked for scrambled eggs and got a dry omlette. My companion asked for a soft omlette with tomatoes and mushroom. The omlette was as dry as the Mohave and the mushrooms had a funny amonia taste (we later found out through google that this indicates they are wrotten and should not be eaten. The coffee (in Colombia of all places) was a weak brew and tasted like someone had used a sock rather than coffee to brew that ”beverage”. The juices tasted like tang...and all of this for the equivalent sum of 18 dollars per person. Next to us sat a gentleman from New Jersey. He heard me complain to my guest. We started to talk and he not only agreed the food was awful but told us he had stayed there before (his company ask for him to stay there) and THEY HAD STOLEN HIS WATCH FROM HIS ROOM!!!!! DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!!

This hotel is located on a VERY busy street; luckily, they have a private garage. The rooms are super small for a party of two. So small that they improvised a closet with two pieces of wood in the corner of the room. The beds are SUPER uncomfortable. You literally feel like you are sleeping on the floor. Our first night, we contacted the front desk at 2 a.m. to complain about the beds and to request another room, and they confirmed that all beds are the same and that they have received plenty of complaints about the same thing. The buffet breakfast was a joke. Cold food, no flavor, and not enough variety—I will not recommend this hotel and will definitely not stay there again!

NH Cali Royal is a high quality hotel although the price is very accessible and much lower that one would expect. The bedroom was very large and comfortable. I slept perfectly every night 5 star hotel room at 3 star prices. The restaurant staff are amazing and helpful at all times. This applies to the front desk staff as well. The only negative thing was that the safe in my room was unuseable. I reported this but no one fix it during my stay. There was also a large crack in one of the windows.

This is my second time in the Hotel Spirito by Spiwak. I had to come back again because of the perfection that this hotel has. And this time, I am already staying like two months. And I brought all my workers to rest in this hotel. It is amazing place for vacation, and at the same time, perfect place for business. It has good Wifi, atmosphere is fresh, interior design is very nice, room is very clean, fitness center is well prepared, swimming pool is well made with the food delivery service, breakfast has variety of foods with freshness, and the staffs are attentive and passionate. Especially the manager Mr. Gustavo is always willing to help in anything I need with full of his passion. He is not just passionate but professional in serving the visitor. Because of his kindness and profession and passion, I will definitely come back here. I would recommend this hotel to all of my people.

The staff is friendly and kind, the rooms are nice and modern, the rooftop lobby area is super cool, the location across the river is very pretty and it is completely safe. GGuest UserWhen you show up you're pleasantly greeted by a security door you have to be buzzed in to enter. At this point you're probably realizing you made a mistake. It gets better when the attendant is rude and seems like she's very unhappy to see you or any ”guest”. Hotel has ridiculous policies like leaving the key at the front desk when you leave for ”security” purposes. Terrible. If you like hearing ambulances and police cars pass frequently this is the place for you. Barely luke warm water in the shower. On the bright side the shower and bathroom look nice. The room is a good size (I had the Junior Suite) and some of it looks nice. AC works well. The bed is two single beds put together -real classy. Built in ”desk” seemed like it would break if I leaned on it at all. Desk chair is absolutely un-sittable, as is the rock couch in the living room. Nice that there is a mini kitchen, but no plates, silverware, pans, etc provided. They give you two whole glasses. Really would avoid this place.

GGuest UserThe Stein Colonial hotel was the best choice we could have made as the base hotel for our wedding, for many reasons. I would say that the main reason is the location, since its proximity to Gato, Jairo Varela Boulevard, the Tertulia museum, among much more, meant that our guests could get to know the best of Cali within walking distance. In addition, near the place there is a shopping center with many services ideal for the wedding, such as hairdressers, supermarkets and barbershops; and also to the Granada area, where there are delicious restaurants. However, the best thing was the personalized and home-like service they provided us. Another point why we chose this hotel was the pool, since some family members came with children and this made it easier for there to be an additional source of entertainment, which was curiously difficult to find in this same area. As a recommendation for future tourists, the place has many stairs and no elevator, so if this is a difficulty, it is important to confirm a room on the first floor from the beginning. Another point to comment is that some rooms did not have AC and perhaps the point to improve is the 24-hour lobby availability. Otherwise, it was the best choice we made for our wedding, thanks to the Stein team for all their dedication and service.

Pool was great but freezing. After 9 pm no one was wearing masks in lobby I was scared! The pizza was great in the other restaurant ****** was fun but machine took money and I didn’t get credits. No refund The chocolate cake was great . The cleaning service was great plenty of towels . It was very hard to get to entrance and parking from a car I didn’t think it was worth the money

We received excellent service, the hotel room was comfortable and all employees were very helpful. Lots of employees spoke conversational English, which is very important to us. We used all their facilities of restaurants, pool, whirl pool, sauna, gym... Had an excellent time. I recommend, you hurry up and get there (stay there). You will be as happy, as us...

Room cleanliness was that if a 5-Star hotel (though it is not, it felt like like it was). Front desk staff was amazing (resturant manager needs to be friendlier). I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality, quiet and comfort. The breakfast included was tasty and a HUGE bonus to stay at this hotel. GGuest UserWe arrived very early in the morning before our check in so we asked the staff for an early check in. But we ended up getting checked in half an hour late because our rooms weren't ready. The staff were very rude after we complained saying that check in is at 3:30pm instead of 3pm even though they said 3pm earlier in the day. This was very poor service considering staff saw us waiting in the lounge for over 4 hours. Each room had an extra double bed so not sure what happened to our original booked rooms. The rooms were clean but outdated. The remote to the air conditioning didn't work in one room and the bedside lamp stopped working after 1 day. However the staff at the restaurant were friendly and the food breakfast buffet was okay and the lunch menu was very nice.
