Quality Inn Calhoun North I-75

Good hotel

This was a basic but clean spot to stay for the evening- nothing fancy. Fresh linens and towels for a nice shower. Breakfast was simple and hot. Easy for find off interstate and cost was family friendly for a quick sleep. We would stay there again.

Roaches! We looked at the room, and it seemed clean. At about 8:30 PM, we killed two adult roaches. Called the front office to only be told, i don't know what to tell you. No offer to change rooms, no offer for a refund. We traveled all day and were tired of driving. We took everything that we could back out to the car in the freezing cold. The wind chill was about 10 degrees. We later saw more roaches and left the hotel for cleaner accommodations. We did receive a full refund the next day.

Stayed at this hotel as an overnight stop on a road trip. Hotel is easily accessible from I-75. There are gas stations and restaurants nearby. All rooms are accessed from outside. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had plenty of space. HVAC is controlled by a thermostat instead of a control on the unit itself, and seemed quieter than most other in-wall hotel units. Hot breakfast was available starting at 06:00, which is nice for those wanting to get an early start. The breakfast had the typical options- breakfast sausage, eggs, toast, muffins, waffles, pre-made breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, and fruit. The wifi bandwidth was good- easily enough for streaming media or online gaming. The check-in manager was very friendly. Even though the hotel is fairly close to the interstate, I didn't notice much if any road noise inside my room. I didn't hear any noises from neighboring rooms, either, and based on the parking lot, the hotel was very nearly full when I stayed. All in all, if I need a place to stopover on another roadtrip in this area, I would stay here again.

My daughter , son in law law and grandson we’re traveling from Michigan to Florida for college and I had 80k points from a Boyne mountain time share presentation to use so they had been on road about 12 hours . I called ahead and the nice gal said sure use your pout and just put their names on notes. No problem. Alta they could have used a king the 2 queens were sufficient for one night and 12k points. No complaints from them so I’ll go 4 out of 5

The rooms were very clean, front desk was friendly, good breakfast. Would stay again. Very easy on & off interstate. Arby's close by . Good place for your dogs has place to walk them safely. was just passing thru
