Great location and breakfast. This place has everything you need for a long stay, including a large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and more. It's also conveniently located near the library and train station.

Good location, LRT (City Hall) and supermarket are just nearby.
Room is spacious but the air ventilation is quite noisy.
The worst was the water kettle was very dirty (seems some milky layer inside 🤮 )but no instant replacement could be provided until next day. In

Rooms were big. Was expecting a divider between bed and sofa bed just like in the picture. But was available only for twin beds

Incredibly smooth check in process! Hotel staff were very accommodating if showing us around to the pool and gym. Would stay again!

The hotel staff is truly fantastic. Even at a 5-star Hilton, I haven't experienced such friendly and attentive staff.
The hotel is centrally located, close to the tram station and the new library.
The room was comfortable and very clean. However, the kitchen equipment could be improved (recommendation: a cutting board, one or two knives, and a small saucepan would be helpful). And the ventilation was quite loud and not suitable for allergy sufferers.
Breakfast was served from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. on weekdays, and it was very popular with guests. As a result, some items ran out quickly and couldn't be replenished quite as quickly. Larger containers might have been useful.
I could hear the tram train in my room. For a 3-star hotel, however, the hotel was definitely impressive. Especially the super-dedicated staff 👍

The room is big and nice. You can cook some simple meals in the room, which is convenient for Chinese stomach. It is very cost-effective in Canada.
