This place was HORRIBLE! Everything was out of order.. pool.. hot tub.. pop machine.. the ice machine every single thing! Had to move rooms as the first room didn’t have one of those door swing bar lock only a handle lock which unlocked as soon as you put the handle down so my 2 year old keep escaping from the room. The “breakfast” is a bag breakfast which consists of a juice box, yogurt, granola bar. The pictures do NOT represent this place. Wanted a refund so we could go somewhere else and the said no

Filthy rooms, filthy carpets and no water in my room so I had to get moved which they didn't even help me with even though I told them I am handicapped.

Old Ramada still says Ramada everywhere , across the street from the saddledome ,old furniture, old bed, smelly room and door was kicked in at some point and never fixed

The staff tried hard, whole place needed a make over. Also need to be better stocked for items like towels.

Too many layers of paint. There's just so many things that weren't meant to be painted, but this place has layered it on, instead of repairing or replacing them.
Also, for a non-smoking place, it sure reeks of *********. The room was clean, but common areas were a mess
