My kids love the swimming pool. Good price, location was good for what I wanted.

I wanna visit the banff national park. So I stayed here for two nights. This hotel is wonderful.

I am a customer living in 407 on 9th of November in Holiday Inn Express & Suites Calgary NW - University Area, an IHG Hotel. . I am writing to complain  the lady on the front desk. She treated me not respectful. When we checked in, I am asking if we have hot spring, she replied several what? And correct me “hot tub” such as I am lack of knowledge. Later, I want to use Landry room and change dollars with them. They gave me several two dollars, and the washing machines only accept 1 dollars, which they should have known at first place. So I went back to the front desk to ask for 1 dollars again. And at that time. There is one guy lining in front of another front desk server. And the lady was answering the phone.  So I naturally stood in front of her desk and waited for her. And I asked her to change 1 dollars for me since they didn’t know. And then she asked me” don’t u notice there is a line? You should wait after it.” So I was so embarrassed to find out I cut in line. So if she is really mindful about me cutting in line, Why not telling me to wait after? Or just remind me in a more respectful way assuming I really don’t know there is a line? Either way will have same effect and I would be acknowledged in a not embarrassing way. And again, the washing machine only accept 1 dollar and they did not know, is their job dereliction. I am very concerned how your service match up with your high level of fees.

Close to the rail station and food. Five minute drive to U of C entrance. Clean and central. Breakfast was standard and the food was promptly filled. Variety of choices for breakfast ie. cereal, eggs, bacon, sausages etc. Next time I am in Calgary I will stay here again.

The hotel is very central to the cfl stadium and to the train that goes to downtown. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The hotel is conveniently located. There are three of us staying this time. We can add an extra bed and there is enough space in the room. The price is reasonable and cost-effective, making it a good choice for family travelers.

The room is spacious and simple, clean and tidy. Convenient transportation and quiet environment

The room was nice and the cleaning was good. The only thing was that the gym was terrible. There were very few equipments and most of them were broken. There were no dumbbells.
