Comfortable hotel. It was easy to get to using the public bus from the airport: a stop just a couple of minutes away. Beds comfortable. What I liked was that the coffee maker could be used to heat water so I was able to make tea.

The hotel is outdated and the carpet is dirty. The room has bad soundproofing. No refrigerator and only paper cups are provided for brushing teeth. When we left the room at 2 pm one day, we met the house maid in the corridor and requested her to tidy up the room. She promised reluctantly. When we came back, the room was not cleaned. Poor customer service.

Helpful staff, worth money for money.
Immediate response when request for anti slip rubber mat etc.
Approval to check out 11:40am.
To basement parking, need to be a bit skillful because the path to the basement is just wide enough. Any carelessness will result in the car being scratched by the wall

It was a pleasant experience. The housekeeping guy helped us to find the parking. He even waited for us at the entrance of the parking.
The front desk personnel was very helpful to my inquiries.
