Very good location and reasonable price. The room is clean! Breakfast is free but lack of selections (no meat) overall, the experience is good! recommend to travellers going to Banff.

Second stay in this house. Hotel service is excellent, breakfast is very good, convenient location, not far from the center of city

The facilities are relatively old, the breakfast is very considerate, the style is relatively rich, and there are many varieties, which can solve the problem of inconvenience in dining nearby. The service attitude is very good. It caught up with the peak season and the hotel price is relatively high.

The hotel is only a 10-minute drive from the Calgary Tower. 15 minutes drive from Prince Island Park chinook center 30 minutes drive We booked the two nights separately An oversight when booking for the second night I booked a shower room. It was a different room type than the bathtub room the night before. The front desk said I need to change rooms. I planned to extend my stay without having to change rooms. Call Ctrip and thank the girl who coordinated with the agent and hotel within half an hour. Let us stay in the original house It's a pity that I forgot to ask for my job number When booking a hotel, Ctrip is your first choice.

I booked this hotel through ******* for a place to stay while my GF had surgery at the Deerfoot Hospital. I booked for three days, one before her surgery and two after. As it turned out, I did not need the last day. The front desk lady (sorry, don’t remember her name) was able to go onto ******* and change the dates so I wouldn’t be charged for the last day! That was far above my expectations from a hotel staff member! All the staff were very accommodating. If I ever have to use that hospital again, I will definitely stay here!

Rooms recently and nicely renovated but our room was missing the usual amount of expected electrical outlets. There was no outlet to plug in the coffee maker except in the bathroom - so not safe. Breakfast room was adequate continental style but no hot food served except the waffle maker. Good coffee and selection of tea. The hotel has ground parking with 2/3 covered area but narrow spots, trucks fit snugly. Beds are quite comfortable, selection of pillows. Linens and towels are good quality. Dove toiletry products in bathroom. Large mini-fridge with freezer, MW in good order. Overall this is a great location on the Hwy #1 in NW Calgary for over-nighters. Gas bar, convenience and grocery store close by.

Nice location, easy to get to. Hotel was clean and no issues with check in or check out. Hot tube and pool area was okay.

Whenever I have an appointment at The Foothills Hospital, we always stay here. They have a hospital rate and is close to the hospital. The staff are friendly and helpful

Broken glass in elevator..smelled of booze..parking is ridiculous staff were cool. Junkies in the parking lot

New this would be a lower status hotel but all in all it was good. Room was big, nice deep tub and super comfy beds! …more importantly it was clean for the most part.. Downside was: room was dated, dark and the carpet looked bad. And our shower/ bath tub control fell completely!..was able to use my fingers to shut off the valve!…..well you get what you pay for.

There really wasn't much in area for a sit down meal, Nice location the staff ordered a taxis for me and it was on time at 6:30 am
