Room was as advertised and fit everyone comfortably! Location was great!
Only downfall, I sent in my credit card to have on file for my grandparents to easily check in to the hotel and not need to provide anything, however upon arrival, front desk demanded they also provide another credit card for the deposit. Weird, since they already had mine and the form filled out for the deposit.

I don’t think it’s good or bad. The suite comes with various kitchen utensils, which is more convenient for cooking, but there are no basic toothbrushes and other toiletries. The sound insulation on the roof is not good. Bring breakfast, which is simple but quite delicious. If it is not convenient to stay here if you go to the city to do business, you can find many hotels in the city at the same price.

Although the hotel is not far from Calgary Airport, it is only suitable for driving. Parking is free. There are shopping malls and Chinese supermarkets T&T nearby. Some space next to the hotel lobby is under renovation. Free American breakfast is provided. The suite we booked includes two separate king-size bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is connected to the living room. There is a sofa bed in the living room (suitable for one person). The kitchen provides a refrigerator, microwave and necessary cooking utensils and tableware. The seasoning only provides salt and pepper. Although the facilities, furniture and decoration are a bit old, they are all very useful.

They were training staff when we arrived so the check in was a bit longer than normal I'm sure. When we called in for a shuttle we were told just to use a taxi and have the driver come in to be reimbursed, our taxi driver seemed a bit upset about it but it did cause him a wait as well. We were able to stay in a multiple bedroom room which was awesome as we were travelling as a family. The room was spacious and clean and would be great for a long term stay as it had kitchen amenities. A restaurant on site for supper would have been convenient but there were restaurants close by, we just needed a cab as we didn't have a car. I would have no problem staying again.

We enjoyed our stay. This is not a luxury hotel experience but it is really good for familys trying to stick to a budget. The suite we rented allowed us to get the kids to bed while still having some family visit in the living room area. The room was clean. There was some slight staining in the bathtub which was barely noticable and the fridge didn't smell the freshest but overall we were very happy with the stay

This hotel was ok for a one night stay. Unfortunately however the water in our room was not hot enough to shower so we had to use an alternative (smaller) room for showers.

Really great rooms, amazing pool/slide/hot tub, and decently equipped gym. My only complaints are that one of the door handles in my suite was a little dirty, and there was no "do not disturb" label in our room. The service was great, and breakfast was amazing. Overall, it was a great stay and we will definitely be coming back next time we're in town.
