Our stay at the Arena was an unexpected one as we had originally booked our 7 night stay at another resort ( which was horrendous )… We found the Arena & oh my, what a gem of an hotel, It was an amazing stay, absolutely stunning & all the staff are amazing

What a fabulous week we had , our room was quite away from reception what a trek and the lift wasn't working .The room was fabulous with lovely views of the area and sea . The highlight of our holiday was Alba the entertainment officer who had us all joining in but not overbearing ,she was fabulous and had nick names for everyone ,my partner being called shelby. She is an asset to the hotel .

We booked this hotel as a quick last minute find, and wasn't disappointed. We booked a superior one bedroom apartment. The room was great, well equipped and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The young lady doing the entertainment around the pool was brilliant, and encouraged everyone to get involved with games, quizzes and the daily bingo. The hotel itself is in a great location with plenty of bars/restaurants and shops in close proximity. We have said we would definitely return once the hotel has completely finished it's renovations.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay me and my daughter loved it and we are planning to return. Rooms very clean and so comfortable. A well prepared kitchenette staff very friendly they had put us in a room where the beds were set as a double. Within 5 mins of being in the room 3 ladies turned up stripped the bed separated and created 2 singles and re made with fresh linen.. location is very good. The main area of calata and the Beach is only a few mins walk. And caleta Beach is beautiful. And don’t forget to try the amazing paella at my tapas next door to the hotel. Thank you arena castillo for an amazing stay.

Had an amazing stay here. All brand new. Very clean and spacious apartment with balcony overlooking the pool. Apartments cleaned daily. Cooking facilities for basic meals. Very quiet when we stayed as only just opened (but that suited us!). Close to supermarket and beach. Had an entertainment person by the pool most days but you could choose wether to participate or not. Friendly staff. We were able to use the left luggage and facilities after check out as our flight wasn't until the evening. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely wonderful apartment/ hotel. Location is central to everything. Excellent facilities at the hotel. Beautiful pool and lots of loungers with umbrellas. Apartments are well equipped and cleaned everyday. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Entertainment around the pool, aqua fit and games are a real plus. Close to supermarket and shops. I highly recommend this hotel. I felt very safe as a solo traveller. It’s close to the airport.

We stayed in 3111, November, Although we received an email before arriving that works were still underway, it did not affect us at all, the apartment one bedroom, was very spacious with a gigantic bed, the cleaning staff came every day, all very friendly & work very hard, Alba who does entertainment round the pool , was amazing friendly worked hard, remembered everyones name ! you could take it or leave it no hassle, water aerobics, bingo etc, The pool is not heated but once in ok, the deep end I could still stand in, I’m 5ft ‘1 just in case anyone is worried about depth, it was our wedding anniversary whilst we were away & she arranged a bottle of cava & card to be put in our room, nice touch. For late afternoon sun the roof terrace is great plenty of loungers , the hot tubs you have to pay for, Couldn’t fault the place at all spotless & friendly staff…

Had a fabulous time at Arena Castillo - new hotel and the decor was really modern and well designed. Only offered B&B but the breakfast was really good and cooked fresh each morning the staff in the restaurant Allandjro, Alexander and Lola were lovely and served us each morning- the housekeeping staff also very lovely and helpful. The location is perfect about 10 minute walk to main shopping area where there are plenty of places to eat and drink and great sports bar with entertainment at Piero’s the Rock of Ages and Soul night were excellent. Mini golf good value at €7.50 for 36 holes just on front. Transfer time 10 minutes which is great. Even staff at airport really upbeat and friendly - will definitely be booking to go back.
