Elba Lucía Sport & Suite Hotel

Fab staff food drinks and very clean good entertainment I would definitely go back hopefully booking up for the end of the year. I would definitely recommend this hotel it has everything that you need for a fun holiday and the drinks are massive

Don’t read the bad reviews!!! We just arrived home after being in this hotel for 7 days and it was nothing short of amazing! The receptionist are very helpful and always happy to help, there is a shop on site which offers everything you may need, if you need anything else there are 2 more shops just a 5 minute walk away. The all inclusive buffet was amazing, really something for everyone there. Every day was a different theme for example; Italian, Chinese, Spanish etc. the only meal that wasn’t themed was breakfast which had hot food and continental. We throughly enjoyed every meal we had here. The staff in the restaurant are lovely and very attentive! The pool area is beautiful, nice and quiet and plenty of choices where to sit/lounge, the sun beds are high quality. There is ice cream by the bar and a soft dispenser for you to help yourself too. The only downside was the pool was really cold, but nice and refreshing when the sun got too hot! The rooms were excellent, high standard and very clean, the housekeepers were absolutely amazing and very friendly! The beds were very comfortable we slept very well. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to a local shopping centre and the beach also into the town of carleta, we used this service everyday you can get a timetable from reception. But ask them to explain it as we couldn’t work it out the first time we took the bus. Even if you miss the bus it’s only €3-4 for a taxi back to the hotel. The animation team was excellent especially Gianni! They had something for everyone, not just games through the day but also sangria and aloe Vera face masks demonstrations! The evening entertainment was great too with live music on a weekend, movie quizzes, bingo etc. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone thinking about going as we absolutely loved it. We will definitely be back!

Thank you so much for another wonderful stay at Elba Lucia. I cannot praise the wonderful staff enough, so lovely, so friendly and so professional. You gave my sister and i the perfect room, i requested a ground floor behind pool bar and got 114, we loved the new addition of the sofa and blackout curtain. The old chairs were so uncomfortable and shabby but the sofa bed is amazingly comfortable. Thank you and your team again for a wonderful stay and we will see you again very soon.

We've stayed at the Elba sport for over 10 yrs mainly self catering but the last 2 yrs we've been half board the choice of food at breakfast and Dinner is very good all the staff are excellent polite and very helpful the rooms are very good the main UK TV channels you won't miss your Corrie episodes🤣

We really enjoyed our stay at the Elba Lucia ,the staff always made you feel welcome and found time to help or advise if required. Our room was quite contemporary and very clean with an excellent shower and maid service .We found the trees and greenery around the hotel and outside our balcony a bit obscuring but i guess that's just a personnel preference. The real gem we found was the very informal restaurant area ,which at first seems not large enough but it is extremely well managed and serviced by the team ,the food was absolutely perfect for us ,and the more you looked the more you found ,there were lots of choices and excellent quality. The pool areas are spotless with a nice bar/snack bar, we didn't really use the entertainment as we were quite busy. In the evening the bar area is well presented with excellent drinks choices and attentive staff. The evening entertainment was just an hour but that was ok. The location is superb for the airport and the hotel provides a free regular bus transfer to the beaches at Caleta de fuste ,which we used on several occasions . Overall we left with smiles on our faces ,well done Elba team

Unbelievable photos!! Whoever took them needs an award!! Pay the man/woman triple as they've done an awesome job!! They've made a dated hotel look amazing and contemporary. You'll understand once you get here. Don't let me put you off coming as it's like coming to a working man's club. All inclusive so you can have your cheap beer and the 4 cocktails off the cocktail menu. Never spoilt for choice unless you actually want choice... better rush down to get a sun bed as there might be someone else who's put a towel down..lol.. seriously, I understand now why there's hardly anyone here...I'm not one to say anything bad about anywhere I go as I do look for the good in places. The staff are great,the hotel clean. The photos??? Hmmmm? Ohhhhhh,I'm gonna stop before I say something I shouldn't.. just remember the words, "I told you so".

1st is the staff.. Totally amazing and a credit to the hotel. Everyone is pleasant, helpful and very attentive. 2nd is the food. Again totally amazing choice and quality every day and not repetitive. I was in a 4*hotel last month and the food was no where on par with this food, so we'll done to the catering team you are smashing it. Only complaint I would have is to use real bacon and not what your using. 3. Drinks are the standard local drinks, like every other hotel you have to pay for branded drinks. Beer is nice 4. Rooms and communal areas at the moment are hit and miss. If the money was spent on the rooms and communal areas after each season of tourists, this hotel would be a 4* no problem. I didn't explore the gym so cannot comment on that. I will be coming back like many others, it is a lovely place with fantastic staff. X Well done all. X

Please ignore the bad reviews but be mindful you are booking a 3* hotel. Yes the hotel could do with a lick of paint and a bit of updating, but is it a bad hotel absolutely not. We have had the most fabulous time here, you don't have to fight for a sunbed and the staff are fantastic. We did not like the food at all but a lot of people did which was not an issue as fado rock is a taxi ride away and the best restaurant ever. The all inclusive drinks are fantastic as they have CruizCampo on tap which cost about £7 a pint in England and all soft drinks are branded and on tap. Every night the entertainment team put on a good bit of a show and try so hard to give you the best entertainment. There were also no cockroaches in sight or ants nests but be mindful your in the desert and if a bug runs past that your in its home! Taxi is 3-5 euros to the town caleta de fuste which have an array of shops, bars and restaurants and everyone is lovely!

Please don’t listen to bad reviews. We stayed for a week all inclusive the pool area is emasculate and so relaxing the rooms are clean beds made and fresh towels every day. The food was nice something to eat every day that I enjoyed. It is in a quiet area but taxi is 4.50 euro takes 5 mins we chose to walk every day takes around an hour the views are beautiful and I stopped to feed the chipmunks on the way all along the rocks of the sea. Staff were brilliant and made our stay Fernando didn’t stop smiling and was so helpful Adama was the same and Leon in the restaurant were a few names I remember they couldn’t do enough for you. We will be returning next year with the children
