Great value stress-free hotel. We had a large room (not pre-ordered) and good quality mattresses/sheets, fittings, shower, no noise at night. Variety of food all times of day and restaurant tables kept clean. Convenient location close to numerous shops and sea. Quality entertainment in evenings and a talented Animation team who were not at all 'pushy'. Overall a very welcome stay.

Rooms were cleaned regurlarly ...staff were very polite - a bit understaffed at times Buffet meals were varied and plentiful cold at times but re-stocked often Mohammed who did the omletes was excellent always done to spec ..... reception were helpful - animation team - Valentina and henry especially fun Barman worked very hard ( solo ) but ensured everyone was served and happy !! Legends end of the road was a good place to visit ...also pierro`s 10 mins walk away for varied music and entertainment ! Ok for kids at the hotel x usual music n dances for them ! Amstel lager for all inclusive - managed to drink for all 11 nights - very nice ! Karaoke bar upstairs just before flower of scotland pub - full of x pats n english host If you walk left out of the hotel to the front and go left along the path - take some food bits the chipmonks came up to you and very gently take the food from you ( kids love it ) as i did ! Or walk along the front to the right and you`ll come to the harbour with lots going on and to see also plenty of places to dine or just call for a cooling drink ! There are 2 chinese places to eat 1 takes an hour to get your food the other SLOW BOAT...has buffet service with every chinese dish you can think of - we skipped evening meal and it was spectacular couldn`t praise enough !! Or eat enough ! Pool was always warm - a bit tired but a nice relaxing soak n swim , plenty of sunbeads ( sit between the 2 pools you get the sun until after 5pm there ) Not sure if id go again - but what little staff there were - were EXCELLENT x

The hotel was good value for money, pool heated, rooms clean, food usual buffet, but best bit was when Valentina had us being ballerinas or penguins during shuffleboard. Such fun. Animation team do a good job. Well done. For Valentina Karen 2! Xx

Hotel was clean , staff were friendly, the restaurant needs attention. No orange juice, when we inquired told delivery next day never happened we were there 14 nights. Fried eggs not available for at least 5 mornings , not enough staff in the restaurant, they worked really hard to clear tables but could not always keep up. Coffee machine in pool area not working properly for over 4 days, management waited too long to open up restaurant to access coffee machines there, the staff once again tried their best to fix it and were very apologetic Small things maybe but spoilt our time there

Good 3 star hotel. Party of 6 adults in 3 rooms. 2 couples were in rooms in front of the building, and the workmen start at 8.20 each day. Great location. 5 min stroll to bars and restaurants and a further 10 mins to sandy beach. Food - breakfast was best, proper sausages and omelettes / friend eggs made to order. Lunch and dinner were very 'samey' and not a lot of choice. We didn't starve but also chose to eat out a couple of times. The snack bar left a lot to be desired! Definitely stayed in other 3 stars with much better food options. Pool area does need updating but it didn't spoil the holiday as we expected it. Plenty of beds for when we were there (17/3 - 22/3). 2 birthdays whilst we were there but hotel didn't give any small token or card (this also surprised me as other 3 stars did). Rooms were big enough for us. Shower was hit and miss with going hot then cold but we coped. Bbc news TV was only English channel we found. It would have been nice to be able to watch something other than news whilst getting ready or when we woke. All in all we had a 'good' 5 days. Weather was good (which we were lucky with as before and after it was awful). We paid just 400 each for AI which we felt was good value for hotel.

I picked this hotel as I wanted to be near the beach and shops bars and restaurants and this hotel was. Travelled solo for 5 nights for some winter sun. I was advised prior to the trip that there were building works were being carried out nearby which I was fine with but I didn’t expect to be put in a room with my balcony overlooking the building works so was really disappointed about this. However the room itself was large and plenty of storage space. I travelled with Jet2 and prior to the holiday I was advised by email by them that the rooftop terrace would be open but is was closed so I was disappointed about this too. Plenty of sun beds round the pool although it adjustable.Pool side bar help yourself t soft drinks coffee or beer. The food was fine very repetitive but always something being cooked on the grill breakfast omelettes and fried eggs lunch and dinner fish and a meat option plenty of salads at every meal. I thought the way the food was set out in the dining area was very disorganised causing people to be bumping into each other eg at breakfast there was sliced bread next to the toaster with butter but if you wanted jam on toast the jam was at the other end of the dining room with cheese cooked meats and salad ! There was fresh bread rolls available but these were placed in between 2 hot food areas in a very small area which caused queues for the hot food. There is a lovely terrace at the front of the hotel we’re drinks are served in glasses and not paper cups. It’s a short walk to the beautiful beach . All staff worked hard and are friendly. Room was cleaned twice in my 5 night stay.

Just got back from a week at this hotel. Clean and friendly hotel. In a good position . Food was good although not a massive selection. Meats , potatoes and veg but NO gravy . Rice but not really anything to go with it sauce wise. Meats cooked on griddle . Food always hot . Selection of different pastas. Lunchtime was rarely any cold Meats or cheeses to make a salad but plenty of hot Meats. I found it an awkward dinning room everything is too close together ..but that's a personal opinion. Coffee out of the machine was nice . Drinks were good . Rooms are nice and clean if a little dated . Heated pool could have done with being a little cooler. The worst thing about this hotel was the courtesy room.. anyone walking past could see you in there. Would I go back ...a definite yes. Building works across from hotel meant noise and site worker's . But not enough to bother us. Although didn't feel comfortable using the balcony I don't use them that much anyway..even without the builders and works view is of street . Would I go again ...definite yes . Already thinking about next year ..the things I wasn't keen on are not bad enough to not go again.

Currently here atm waiting to switch hotels. If you get put in a room on road side of hotel there’s major building work directly opposite. Pic shows view from balcony. Hammering, drilling and generators going. Don’t normally spend much time on balcony but due to health issues with my husband we needed the option. If you like to sit on balcony to chill or don’t want noisy building work either request pool view or other side of building or if not already booked don’t bother this year as looks like could go on for a while. Now having to repack and unpack again to move. No rooms available here to move to away from building work. Rooms dated but clean and everything you need. Pool desperate for painting at bottom. Pool area clean and no problem getting a lounger. Real shame that building work spoiled it. No mention in any literature I’ve received from TUI that this going on so close to hotel. Hence why they trying to move us. Wasn’t given the option to make an informed decision to book this hotel or not.
